@Mary: Great post Mary. Everything you have said is so true. At the end of day people believe what they heard, see and read.

@Shana: I love Gautam & he is my hero too. But one thing that annoys me about him is that he over dos his actions off camera. Not a great fan of his wittiness. I wish he tone down a little bit and try to be himself. I love quiet & reserved Gautam😳 Please girls don't hate me for saying this because I am one of his biggest fan.

Well said...as an actors, you role to to entertain audience. I don't care how their relationship is at the personal level...but when they are promoting the show...they are in that characters. I am specially referring to Jennifer.

I am glad Crew team is taking it seriously...and working toward improvements.

Umm IDU the whole animosity when it comes to Jenny but I'll let that pass..I understand that scripted interviews are a part of promotion but if they really wanted a proper fake one then the one we got was quite a dud coz the cast looked pretty normal in it and. didn't really made any overwhelming comments...It was a simple intv. where GR spoke in his usual manner...Cast was teasing him and usual BTS..Unseen but nothing OTT!

same here ..he talks too much ...actually he is always so charged up ...talking non stop ...i really like him with Jenny when he is a bit awkward and bolti band...he needs that a tape on his patar patar mouth lol...he reminds me of my best friend who talks a lot and i have to sometimes bang my head just to quit her

zisty and shana, one has to talk and show the enthusiasm when promoting something! i think he is just fine, i enjoy his wittiness off screen, i guess he has to talk because no one else is interested in talking about the show off screen!

That interview really got me by surprise! I did not expect anything even a little more that amicable, especially after that stupid ITA interview, which I thought was extremely disrespectful. So I am glad..finally we see some kind of an interaction. And yes promos are a MUST. I thought it was just because that I was out of India, that the promos kept on being repeated.. This show has a great cast and crew, and its affiliated with SLB, the promotions could be so much better! ..or at least exist!

Hey Marybarton!

I've agreed and loved your posts in this forum but I would like to disagree a little here.

About actors interacting 'suddenly'it is because every crew needs time to warm up and people eventually bond when they spend a lot of time together so much of the offscreen segment is true.

Now about the interactive heroine- Jennifer has always been a live-wire on sets joking around and all! During DMG days she was friends with many of the people there even when Karan was not there. Gautam is a reserved person and that is why their bonding took a little time.I don't think the offscreen segments where Jenny is joking around with her onscreen father is fake and nor her segment with Gautam was.

Also about the sudden SBS/SBB segments of the leads together- you do not always get the leads together in one frame since they have different scenes to shoot and since saras-kumud have been having a lot of scenes together they must be getting free at the same time therefore more interviews.

Other thing- the show is just 3 months old and the show needs to have banks of episodes which could've made them busy leading to shortage of segments before.

About gautam's new segment showing around the sets that came- well that the reporters who is taking the interview is from a new online portal channel and they have been taking loads of interviews of popular shows and SC being already an hyped one due to SLB was bound to have some interviews.

Although much of the interviews are scripted the offscreen fun going around in the back is surely not- I don't think Jennifer suddenly laughing and talking to monica and gautam revealing the story was being told to them.

That were the parts which I disagreed and clarified-so that's about it :)

mandy its not much about enthusiasm its just being precise and to the point rather then go on explaining same point again and agin and be over explainatatory...thats what i find his problem..he is just over explanatory ...may thats why he said ...he is bit fanatic to his work and now it shows off in his interviews too ...he seems to go on and on

if u were my boyfriend i would seal his mouth with the kiss rather then let him speak and make me sleep 😆
