I think you mean the "kandoro" (In one of the first few episodes Saras's mom was shown in flashback with his mom's kandoro on her waist).

Gumaan wanted to insult Kumud by gifting her ghungroo because her father had insulted her in the past...

What Guman wanted to Gift Kumud was a Ghungroo (This is what dancers waer whne they dance) and because Guman was a nachnya in a bar and used to waer teh Ghungroo she wanted to insult VC by giving a pair to Kumud.

A kandoro is worn on the waist like Kumud does. An anklet worn on the ankle and Ghungroo on teh ankle as well but only when dancing classical.

But i have read the some spoiler says ( i donno when it is) that guman is gonna make kumud wear this anklet or ghungroo whatever, and it makes saras angry on kumud and blah blah..

yeah, but what will guman give kumud as a birthday gift ?she must be planning something big.. Thats what i'm trying to say..
