What a sweet way to wake up the princess. His smile after accomplishing mission 'wake up Kumud' was adorable. And he used red rose petals😃

Edit - tender is the perfect word to use for Saras esp the way he talks and deals with Kumud.

Actually I had seen a reference to this song at the time of Famous 'Letter'.😃

The way he stood in front of her when she woke up😲, as if actually a love struck boy was sheepishly standing in from of his date. With a bunch of flower as 'offering'!!😆

I am not able to find the novel online. Also it's not even available on online shopping site. Can you give an idea where to get! Preferably via online shopping.

I got them collected from R.R.SHETH & co. Princess Street. (I am from Mumbai). Princess street has many Gujarati Publishers just between Kalba Devi and Zaveri Bazaar. There are others too like Thakkar & co. Actually we used to have old copies, in my father's library. But looks like they were discarded in some clean up...there are four parts; 1.) Budhdhidhan (Suvarnapuri) 2) Gunsundari 3) Ratna Nagari (Vidyachatur's ministry) 4) Saraswatichandra ( conclusion)..of course SC-Kumud are main theme in all four, other stories flows in as explanatory FBs by the narrator.

Mind you, Goverdhan Ram is formidable and so is his Gujarati😲😲...besides original is much different than Adaption. Only main theme and major characters are preserved in essence, though again, with obvious and major changes...😊

Wat a beautiful post Smrth!! Bravo to u for writing it so well!!
I must say this show is just very classy. I remember when I started watching the 1st epi I was like wow!! My heart is taken!! I am watching as from n there was no looking bak!! Sure the gau hatya period was kind of so so but SC has not disappointed so far!! The leads r doing a fab job n all associated behind the camera r just giving us a treat!!
Btw I love the adj "tender" for Saras!! This is the perfect word to describe this dikra!! Chand jaisaa sheetal!!

And you are right about initial episodes. I started on by chance ( like PR). I had stopped watching any soap. But I came across Kumud's refutal scene, and got hooked...so compelling they spurred me writing on them...had given you link in your thread. Chck it when have some free time...😆
