I didn't intend to push

Nor expected the pull.

Words were trapped inside

but actions reigned free,

and refused to hide

Kumud

Promises I made

Intentions I

meant to uphold

All – including myself,

Left out in the cold

Guniyal

Unbounded my trust

Yet fear so real

To fight yourself

Kumud, such is

Your ordeal

Dugba

Call me cold

and selfish

If you will.

But I shall not

let her live,

with the pain

I feel.
