Kumud does not know his real reasons to reject her specially when his father was the one who sent the proposal. In the letter he just said he can not marry her because he can not love her. But isnt that something he should tell his father? Afterall his father initiated the talks. She thinks he is being coward in taking the easy route to write her a letter instead of being man enough to ask his father to stop all this. Why should she speak about it when it was Saras's father who initiated the talk and Saras who ended it..? So she did the right thing in asking him to come down to her place and tell his decision to her father. Why he came to Ratnagiri ? that has several reasons..

See the thing is that the two are both very stubborn in nature, both Kumud and Saras. Kumud's hurt that after all these indications that Saras is indeed the man of her dreams, he turned her down, and humiliated her family in a way since they were over the moon with the alliance. Despite that, she feels hurt when he is otherwise she wouldn't have reacted the way she did when the pain was stinging him during the haldi scene and she blew on his hand despite somewhere not wanting to cause of her ego.

Saras is honorable for going to meet them as she challenged him, because somewhere down the line, before the video conference he felt guilty for doing what he did too.

Kumud's ego is huge, he came and she is showing her nakhre. She doesn't like the fact he rejected her without seeing her, as meeting a person for an alliance does really help bind two people together. She was kinda hoping for the same. She's also upset that he hasn't been able to accomplish what he came to do and instead her father and other relatives are growing fond of him, minus Dukhbaa of course lol.

I think Kumud's mind is telling her that he's doing all this saving her father act to impress the family more, no matter how much her heart wants to disagree. He's slowly taking what her place is in her father's life. He managed to give her dad first aid before she brought the doc. She is wrong to not thank him and talk in the attitude she is with him, but she's bigheaded and hot tempered atm. I think it all fits in with character. She tries to avoid Saras to his face but can't stop thinking about him and that is tormenting her, otherwise she wouldn't have gone to meet him. But upon HIM noticing her, she acted bigheaded lol.

I honestly think it's gonna help their relationship build. He wants to talk to her, while Kumud doesn't. Hopefully her mom knocks some sense in her as per the precap and she comes to realize that she couldn't have done what he did to save her father. So I see your viewpoint, but I just feel that her temperament is mostly cause of the rejection and false hopes to her family which is understandable.

I understand that she is worried about her dad but I am not liking this attitude. It is a little unfair

I agree with you... The character portrayal of Kumudh is not very satisfactory...Not sure why she is so upset about his rejection... He has every right to pick his life partner and he initially thought it was not her... so whats the big deal...Looks way too filmy to me than a serial...

I think more than rejecting her without seeing her, she is upset and angry about the fact that his family (including Saras himself as per Kumud) sent the proposal first to her family but then without even seeing her, they were the ones rejecting her...that's why she keeps saying "before saying"!

Also the fact that a girl who mentally prepared herself that this guy is going to be her husband for rest of her life and who visualized him through drawings will obviously be upset to learn about saras rejecting her outright.
