The novel Saraswatichandra does not see Kumud and Saras uniting in life...

Even if Bhansali decides not to stick to the 'entire' novel, it would be impossible to stray away from the main thread, which is Kumud - Saras seperation.

So this means... Sooner or later... The story will take a turn in which the lovers will go their way...

But can the Indian audience take it? We are used to Iss pyaar ko and Madhubala where the girl n boy are there together in almost every frame... Inspite of seperation!

They will be separated, but SLB can eventually reunite them.

why are a few mentioning Iss pyar ko and Madhubala some or the other way in every post , pointing that they are better..

even i was wondering the same,hope at last SLB unites them, can't see these kind of tragedies
though it will be epic but its unbearable
