Well grl u said u u hv no prblm wid jenny bt I think u u hv prblm wid Jenny only.. first cmplaining abt her coustumes n nw u said she dsnt fit 4 d role of kumud? Oh really? R u director? if nt go n apply 4 a job in SLB's production. N u saying us nt to bash u bt u urself z indirecty very smartly bashing Jennifer.. one side u sayng she z a wonderful actress n on othr side u saying she dsnt fit 4 d role. N nw Omg u r ghumayn ur topic n sayng abt tabu.. haha.
kumud's role z meant only n only 4 Jennifer 😊

She was the first choice for role and roped too, that is almost 2 years ago soon after her last show ended. She just not waited 2 year for it to start even after show keep getting delayed day by day (not to forget she was at her career's peak at that time and can easily get nyother one) but also follow the instruction given to her by PH of not being in lime light much. Can u imagine how much loss she will have if by chance this serial won't start, but she already showed how much committed she is .

And abt roped out, so she herself backed out at last time coz of some contract issue (evn after giving so much time to it, so must be some big issue) , but SLB PH didn't find nyone else suited for Kumud's Role and SP always wanted her back in SC,and she was brought back . I guess this should be enough for ppl to understand how much suited SHE is from SLB's and PH's POV , and they wont gonna change her . Its not easy to find some actor who is dt much committed to her show, specially after whats happening in recent time.

Lastly its just 5 epi and ppl seems so convinced that Jenny isn't suitable for Kumud's role , dt seems more of some pre-assumptions rather that actual impression, n if not ppl should be giving her some more time and then decide, to watch the show or not , coz SP n PH wont gonna replace her dt easily :=))

there is no reason to bash the TM. She just strictly stated her opinion. At first I did not think I Jenny could pull this either. Jenny is a beautiful girl, but at first when I saw her in the promo pics , I thought she looked too old, and wrinkly. As time passed, and I saw more promos, I came to know Sanjay had selected the right lead. Jenny looks good, and mature in the role.I just wish they would do a little better on the outfit.😳Give the show time, and her time. It's only been few days.😊

Actualy i have heard this opinion from many people,it isnt false ,but in this serial we cant find jenny as natural actress .May be she keeps her talking style same as in other shows which suited her in other where she was modern .There is no voice modulation in her speech.There is no cuteness.My one friend said he should have casted a new actress becoz the new actress has urge to perform well while jenny she is well established actress who already believes she is perfect and she has that pride in her.In my opinion even monica bedi saras step mom would look fresh charming innocent in kumud s role.

I think her dialouge-delivery was flawless but anyways it is your opinion.But the last point,you are bashing the actress now!You do not like her acting skills,it is okay!But saying the point in bold where you claim that Jenny thinks that she is perfect,how can you say so?Have you known Jenny personally?She is the one of the most down-to-earth actors and this has been said by fans who have met her. And the character Kumud has pride in her and this has been said by the makers.The makers said that Kumud is beautiful,quite modern than other villagers and she knows it and so she acts a little proud.If you feel she is proud,that means she is acting her part well😉

With all due respect to your opinion, I am just curious to know where you got the following ideas :

1. there is no ''voice modulation'' in her speech. Please explain me what is voice modulation. I saw a few others say that. Are you trying to say you know about voice modulations more than these actors and directors?

2. who said that Kumud is supposed to be cute? You can't mean cute by face because Jennifer is by far one of the cutest actresses on television. So you mean cuteness by behaviour? so that brings me back to the question that who amongst us knows that this is how Kumud has to behave? Admit it that majority of the people commenting on how Kumud should be knew nothing about Saraswatichandra before this show.Its an old old novel..so far just one movie made on this novel that too when our great great grandfathers lived. So lets accept we know nothing about how Kumud should be. In that case why not see what the makers are trying to show instead of making your own vision of the characters.

3. From where did you get this random vague idea that Jennifer is proud because she is an established actress? Yes she has reasons to be proud but no she is not. Even if she is why would that stop her from performing?

P.S- If you think Monica Bedi is fit for Kumud's role I have nothing to say other than thank god you weren't there to cast the actors.

I beg to differ. I think Jennifer and Gautam are perfect for their roles. Seriously, she's doing a really good job👍🏼 and it's only first week, you will warm up to her more, when they give her the romantic scenes.

The lines were supposed to have no life in them. As a character, Kumud is lifeless. Her dream has been broken. if she added bounce in the lines, it would have come up wrong.
