Yeh duniya MAAYA se hi bani banai!- **BLAST FROM THE PAST SERIES**

Hi guys! So my laptop died on me last week and was mourning it till today...😛 So I thought why not write something happy in my revived lappy! N what better than Rosh poems for something happy?!! 😉

So do u guys remember the on the spot eulogy (shraddhaanjali) Rosh wrote...or err did not "write" for his momma?? Which his momma herself had demanded from him?! And it was all because he committed the ultimate blasphemy... yep blasphemy of writing one for his Monisha bhabi without writing on her article..." Mein Maya Sarabhai... apne hi shabdhon mein"😆??! 😲😆

And on a side note, he wrote it for Monisha first because she was was planning to suicide economically just after she came back from the salwar suit sale in the mall... No biggie... All in a day's work for Monisha and roshesh... 😉😆

BTW Maya was livid when she came to know of her dalng Rosh's betrayal and Indu happily tagged along with her to abolish milk from his life forever!😆 You know the ultimate Chance pe dance !(Err BTW I can hear Maya saying, " Oh God, Chance pe dance is so Mumbai local train middle class!😆)

N plus that awesome China kumbh electronic mela mein Rosh ko ghuma dena ka plan!! Indu was so exxcited abt the thot of getting rid of him that he even planned, 2 return tkts n 1 single flight tckt! He is too much! 🤣

Anyways enuf of chit chat... here's that famed poem!

Meri moma Maya Sarabhai, yaani ishwar ki di hui badhaai

Ishwar ki samjhaai hui sachaai, ki duniya maaya se hi bani banaai

Sab kuch hai maaya, yeh sofa yeh kaaya

Ishwar ne table-cloth bhi hai maaya se banaaya

Rista bhi maaya, raasta bhi maaya, lunch dinner aur breakfast bhi maaya

Maya to sophistication ka pratik hai, thodi contemporary thodi antique hai

Maya to hai mamta ka chhaya, sara pyaar aata always via maaya

Maaya hai jeevan ki preyasi, Maya hai jaise dining table ki kursi

Maaya hi dudh, Maya hi lassi, phir kaise kahu ki maaya chal basi?

And in the end Indu caught his act! Maya was again livid that Rosh dint actually write a poem n his paper was blank!! But But But...tada! Dushyanth his savior came running!! Err literally all the way from his home n saved him from his momma's wrath!!! 😆😆 But bad news for Monisha! According to Soniya's prediction, writing eulogy for living person leads to that person's death within a month and if Maya has her say it will be a month with only 30 days n not 31 like Indu reminded!! 😆😆

BTW I find this one n Monisha's eulogy actually the most lyrical of his poems... much better than his thak thak kachhada bhara scooter! 😆

So what do u guys think?? 😃 BTW I do hv an idea to revive the forum... (Rank is in 50s...🤢) Why don't we all write about our fav eppys or scenes from S-1 and make separate posts of it? We can all add to the title "BLAST FROM THE PAST" and finally we can link everybody's posts n make a thread n make it a sticky! Something to read even after the season gets over... 😳

PS: I just realized I started with my lappy's mourning tale and I ended up writing about shraddhanjali for something happy! Ugh! When I put it like that it sounds morbid! 😆😆
