At a hotel room in Gwalior, Arti has intercepted a phonecall from BBP on Pooja's cellphoneđĄ. Unaware that it is Arti, BBP asks Pooja to rendezvous with him at Ram Vilas Palace in the evening. Though Arti does not see any name associated with the phone number, she guesses that it is probably BBP and gets suspicious. Pooja is standing to the side of the room hobnobbing with Krish and Bhavna. Arti hands Pooja the phone but does not relay BBP's message and just says it is a missed call. Pooja looks at the number smiles and goes away to talk privately on the phone. Arti looks like she has swallowed neem juice.
At daddaji's haveli, Mrityun briefs Rangoli about BBP's possible plans in Gwalior. He says that the plans are reliable because someone close to BBP (Rama Shankar Vidhyarthi) organized the details and also gave Mrityun the information. Rangoli orders Mrityun to kidnap the girl from the rendezvous point. Mrityun asks Rangoli to buy them half an hour of time from BBP - which she assures him haughtily will be done. As Mrityun heads out, he runs into daddaji who warns him (Mrityunjay Prasad Bhardwaj) against doing anything that would create a political ruckus. Even though Rangoli covers for Mrityun Daddaji looks unconvinced.
At the hotel room in Gwalior, Pooja rings up BBP (hot white cotton shirt, he dresses more interestingly than Pooja these days) and asks about when and where he would pick her up. BBP is surprised and tells her about talking to her. Pooja (clueless) guesses that Arti might have mistakenly hit a button and he must have spoken to no one - BBP is confused but repeats the time and place - we get to know that it will be only the two of them looking at the sunset đ. Arti surreptitiously observes Pooja on the phone (Arti this is really cheesy!). Arti slyly suggests to Krish and Bhavna who are lolling around in the room that they go out for chaat. When they ask Pooja, she refuses saying (again) that she has riyaaz and meetings with the organizers. When Bhavna tries persuading her, Pooja mutely indicates that she has other things to dođ. Before Arti leaves the hotel room, in her jasoosi, đ¤˘she picks up the Brija pendant. She plans on showing it to Bhavna innocuously to find out if she recognized the locket.
Arti, Bhavna and Krish step out on to a roadside in Gwalior. Arti shows Bhavna the Brija locket under the pretext of getting it repaired. Bhavna only acknowledges that the locket is an expensive designer item and Arti realizes that Pooja has been lying. Later, they show Krish dropping of Arti near Ram Vilas palace in an auto. Arti looks around for BBP who she is certain will turn up to meet Pooja. Suddenly two men shove her into a white van and drive away (well madam jassoos; there is a reason why eavesdropping is considered unhealthy in politics - ever heard of Waterghat?đĄ). Krish sees this and gives chase in an auto..he follows as best as he can till he reaches a forked road (I am not sure if he takes the correct fork).
In BBP's hotel room in Gwalior, our hero is meeting with some tourism official (means that Shivpuri will happen after all, MP tourism is getting some mileage out of this) who is all praise for him. Immediately after the meeting, an impatient BBP âşď¸rings up Pooja to find out if she has left to meet him. The babe assures him that she will be on time but is pleased to hear his eagerness neverthelessđł. Just as he finishes the phonecall, Rangoli enters BBP's hotel room. Though BBP is taken aback, Rangoli teases him, pretends to flirt with him and assures him that she is not up to any mischiefđł. The episode ends with Rangoli looking surreptitiously at her phone. She has received a message from Mrityun that the girl has been kidnapped đ˛.
Precap: In a warehouse filled with bluish smoke a bound and blindfolded Arti is being screamed at by Rangoli and questioned by Mrityun. Someone is making a video documentary of this using a phone...Arti says that Krish was also there. Our oh-so-smart Mrityun responds - who, Hrithik Roshan? (if Mrthi are to happen, this is a great pick up line I guess đ).
