Rangoli-Brij relationship is not clear. I still think Rangoli is Brij's wife.

If Brij had rejected or divorced Rangoli, he would not be treated well by Daddaji and his wife.

Either he is still married to her, but separate. Daddaji treats Brij well because he has not divorced Rangoli.

Or Brij is being treated well by Daddaji because he plans to get Rangoli married to him. That's why he insults his own nephew Giridhar in front of Brij, to make Brij feel how important he is for Daddaji. But blood is thicker than water. Soon, Daddaji will side with Rangoli and Giridhar, and unless Brij agrees to Daddaji's plans, he will be in trouble.

We know from the first episode that Brij eventually became the leader of the party, so he must be in the good books of Daddaji. I cannot see Brij do that by upsetting Rangoli. Daddaji's weakness is Rangoli, and she has to be kept happy for Brij to get to power.

I also wish Brij was single, but this drama is needed if this show is to survive. Many shows get cancelled these days for low TRPs. Don't want that for SBKM.

Even if Brij is married to Rangoli, or will marry her in future, he will only love Puja.

I too think that Brij- Rangoli are married but when the marriage took place, it was a an act to save face for Daddaji. She was either dumped at the altar or had created some monumental embarrassment that could affect Daddaji politically. Brij, somebody whom the family relied on, stepped and rescued Daddaji. Bhavna knows of this, her family is political after all.

The sham marriage is the main reason that BBP shied away from following through with his flirtatious behavior with Pooja when they are back in Bhopal after the interlude in Pachmarhi - and yes I think it was more to protect her, the babe in the woods. Violence seems to be common place in the family and when BBP himself is not safe, how can ensure Pooja's safety. Though now after the declaration of love, it will be more of BBP's political ambition that keeps the whole affair secretive. Pooja who is now enjoying her own fame and BBPs generosity - she will be acquiescent to anything he says. But they do love each other - it is a matter of priorities.

Daddaji is two faced about giridhar- insulting him in public but supporting him in private. I think that BBP's rise to power will irk daddaji. At this point most likely BBP will have slipped up on protecting Pooja. And this is where revenge might be the motive for her shooting. I do not think that BBP will order her shooting as much as leave her vulnerable.

At this point the serial while fast paced is technically a bit tacky. Rangoli has brought in some "high" drama. While I do think the character is over the top, she is definitely more predictable and hence requires less intellectualizing about like the other characters. Much as I enjoy Brija, I like the introduction of the Rangoli dynamic...it will raise the drama stakes.


@ Rons - I agree. The Mauritius trip was tacky the way they showed it. I expected more justice to the music - the song is beautiful. They are forgetting the fourth wall in their narrative - the editing is very tacky and the scene transitions are bad. the devil is in the details.

I am not worried about judging directors, at the end the entire show has to come together. Outdoor shoots for dramas are expensive and might explain the hurried way it has been done.

durum nd ronss i agree withh it ke mauritius trip is tackybut we should mention this and appreciate it that rahul and kammna did a wonder ful acting their confession scene was also well shot and different from other confession scenes .brij is a difficult character to play as it have many shade and ech shade cant match with other we see brij as a a lover in mauritius this side is totally opp with brij as politician thats why i m saying brij is a difficult chracter to play only polish actor like rahul can do this he do each and every scene with so much involvement and passion yes i agree mauritius trip is below our expectations but birja scenes are few but treat to watch👏

Agreed - The cast is doing an excellent job. Both RS and KR with Brija scenes and now the Rangoli tadka are basically holding up the show - hopefully post Mauritius, the CVs are better able to give us better quality of footage and drama...and do justice with both the story and the cast.
