No. That is the reason why one is saying Rachna's character is being assassinated. Rachna challenging Gunjan in the competition was alright. But her being insensitive to Gunjan's bruise was not. This picturisation is only to elevate one character over the other.

Why Zohaib's ranking dipped once Rajeev got linked with Gunjan? Doesn't it reflect how people are liking his character in the current track.

Especially for your sister. In this case it proves that Rachana-Gunjan's bond wasn't as strong as we thought. Rachana is not only looking out for herself, she doesn't want to win only for herself anymore, its to beat Gunjan now.
