9th aug written update

In todays episode

Gunjan screams as mintu threw acid on her.she starts crying.everyone present there,mayank ,rachna and chaya are shocked.rachna asks "gunjan what happened".Gunjan is crying,rachna says that "theres burns on ur neck gunjan".Mayank calls auto rikshaw and they take her to hospital.

Here at home shail is worried as to why the girls still did not return.Mayanks mothers starts to taunt shail as usual.All the men and Dolu assemble in the hall for lunch.Dolu says that he will eat after gunjan comes.

Meanwhile Rachna comes home and looks worried,all ask what happened.She doesnt speak anything.Mayank comes carrying Gunjan in his arms.Gunjan is unconsious and has bandage on her neck.Shail comes in panic and asks what happened.Mayank takes Gunjan to her room and makes her lie on the bed.He says that Gunjan had ACID ATTACK on her .All are shocked.All leave the room.Mayank mom asks him as to why he had to carry Gunjan as she can walk.Mayank is disgusted by this.

In the Hall all discuss as to who might have done it.Shail is upset.Mayanks mom as usual starts her "thats why i told not to send the girls to college".mayank stop his Mom.Even Mayanks father says that what shes saying is wrong.Dayal comes and consoles Shail.He says that," we can show Gunjan to some nice skin specialist,she will be ok.And thank god that Acid did not fall on her face".

Gunjan wakes and screams after seeing herself in mirror.All come to her room,but she tells to go away.All go except shail,she consoles Gunjan and hugs her.

Mayank goes to his room and is very angry and feels helpless.He remembers his camera and starts to watch it.He watches it in his Laptop and see the footage where Mintus face is clearly seen throwing acid on Gunjan.He is mad with anger on Mintu and thinks to himself that he will not leave Mintu .

Precap:All are discussing as to who threw acid on Gunjan.Mayank comes and says that he knows who threw and its Mintu.Meanwhile Someone knocks the door and its the police.They say that we heard that someone threw acid on your daughter.Dayal stares the police.

Phew! What a relief it was to note that the acid did not come in contact with Gunjan's face. I must say, Roopal portrayed the emotions beautifully. The way she poured out her heart to Shail brought tears to my eyes as I felt for all those people who have suffered such horrendous attacks. How easy it is for someone to commit such a heinous act but the innocent victim continues to suffer lifelong.

When I saw Mayank throw his camcorder in rage, I literally gasped. I'm glad that it did not suffer any damage and Mayank was able to identify Mintu clearly. Although Mayank's anger is natural, I hope he doesn't do anything drastic. Mintu must be prosecuted so that he doesn't dare to mess with an innocent life again.

Mayank's mom, Seema, is a self-centered woman who can't sympathize with anyone as long as things are going well for her. I'm glad both her husband and son criticize her behavior.

The last thing I want to see now is Rachna's mother-in-law to be implying more restrictions on Rachna due to this incident. If this happens, I just hope Dayal finally speaks up. This woman's elder son is not married, she has finalized an alliance for her younger son whom Rachna's family have never met and she acts like she owns Rachna. 👎🏼
