so if mayank used to be rachana;s dads sisters's son he was not like brother to rachana. but as Gunjan is rachana's sisters daughter. Gunjan can get married to Mayank.

but here it is direct brother and sis relation. god knows what Cv's are doing.

ya only the cvs know what they are doing...kya zamana aa gaya hain yaar.ab yehi din dekhna baaki tha viewers ke liye.😆😆

I live in New York but my family is orginialy from india, a typical Indian-Hindu-Rajput family. Since we're Hindu's in our religion we cant marry our cousins because it's considered wrong and we consider our cousins brothers and sisters, however from what i know marrying ur cousin's cousin is considered okay. Because if u think of it this way that for example lets say my cousin is my dad's sister's daughter, however i don't have anything to do with my cousin's father's brother's son...You get what i mean?..How r we related to them?..We're not the same blood..we dont even know eachother. i will only be related to my cousin becuase of the relationship my dad and her mom would share..I know it sounds a bit confusing Lol but i hope ur getting wat i mean. And i actually have a personal experience like this. My dad's sister's son got married to my mom's sister's daughter. I was the one related to both but they werent...so this happens..it's quite normal

ur bua's son and ur maasi's daughter is an exception and does not happen normally.still it happened because ur bua has gone into a different family and ur maasi is also from a different family in and no way it is messing up any relation in your own family or the other two respective families.Had it been ur chacha's son and ur maasi's daughter then?i dont think ur family would have agreed then.Ur case is called door ka rishta and it is often considered for marriage proposals but in this show it is very paas ka rishta so it cannot be considered

baaki upar ka jo aapne itna bada analysis kiya blood relation and all agar wo karne baithe tab to apne bhai ko chod ke koi rishta hi nahi bachega aur na bachega parivar..😆

In your case its ur bua( your dad's sister) son. who actually wont be ur brother. If she has a daughter even You can marry her daughter. this this is taken normally. so in this case your bua's son is wont be your brother.

Yours Maasi (Your mom's sister) daughter will be your sister. so You can get her married to your bua's Son.

We call every one as Cousin In English. chachi, maasi, bua every one are called aunt so its getting confused. but these relations are actually differ. They have their own binderies.

Who will be your brother or sis in cousins:
Your Dad's all bothers children = these will be your brother or sister
Your Mothers all sisters children = these will be your brother or sister

Who wont be your brother or sis in cousins (whom even you can marry or they can marry your sibling):
Your dad's all sisters children = these wont be your brother or sisters
Your Mothers all brothers children = these wont be your brother or sister.

In Your case :
Your Dad's sister(bua) son = who is not considered as your brother
Your mother's sister's(maasi) daughter = Yes she is your sister

1) You -> your maasis daughter

2) Your bua's son

there is no connection between 1 and 2 so this marriage is acceptable

Now about the issue in the serial is:
Mayank = Rachana's Dads brother's son ( who is exactly brother to rachana)
Gunjan = Rachana's mother's sister's daughter ( who is directly sister to Rachana)

1) Mayank-> Rachana -> Gunjan

So in this all these 3 became brother and sisters. so Gunjan will be sister to Mayank. so it is not done.

I hope i did not write too much 😊

Gunjan is Mayank's taayi's sister's daughter. So its not a blood relation.

In India we also see gotra, so if their gotra is not same then marriage is very much possible.

I don't see what the problem is, to be honest.

Mayank is Dayal's brother's son. He's not a part of Shayl's bloodline at all. So he and Gunjan should be able to get together without any issues! It's not like Gunjan sees him as a brother at all anyway.

Of course, he's being a dick right now so if I were her I would probably behave the same way, to be honest. But of course the story will change with time!

awesomely said i think the same

i dont think theres a prob with marrying ur cousin's cousin..

like my mom has so many sis's n her hubby has bros who has son..

its not like we're related at all..b/c my uncle is catholic..so there is no way we're ever gonna be related n plus my uncles bro's sons dont even know me so theres no relation (bhai behn jaisa)

i dot think theres any prob..
i think mayank n gunjan r kinda cute hahah so i wud like to see them together in the future !
