Malti vs. Avni

I love watching these two ladies working against each other in their own sly ways constantly trying to outsmart each other.

I like Malti - she isnt entirely evil just gets selfish and greedy at times and she is funny lol

This is what I like about this show. I don't think any of the characters so far are completely evil, more morally grey. This really sets it apart from all other Balaji shows wherein the characters are either completely good or completely evil, which isn't the least bit realistic.

Yeah, I suppose at least one character would fall in that category. But I still don't think she's totally evil, I guess time will tell. My point was that the majority of the characters, to a degree, are interesting and likeable. Take Vasu as an example - we all thought she would turn out to be like one of those make-life-hell saas types in the beginning, but she really didn't (or hasn't so far). I find her character to be very interesting, mysterious and ambiguous, which is alot more than I can say for charcters from certain other shows. I just love the writing, characterization and acting of this show. The cast in general seem like they share a very good rapport with one another and it reflects on-screen as well. This show is truly unique. No wonder the trp's are so high...
