One thing I would like to disagree is his comment on his previous soap Kajjal.There, people accepted him simply because both the hero and heroine were changed together....Wonder what is taht which does not allow him to elaborate on the issue...Me too think that Kinrul movie is never gonna happen now, since most probably RS would have been against his decission of leaving....He himself states that it is not that he didn't want to play the role of a father...then wat was the pblm???

He mentioned 2-3 times, that it is his personal decision to quit, noone asked him to. A leap was planned, which can be done anytime in any story and he left. In Bollowood, only Amitabh Bachchan was an actor, because of whom scripts used to be changed and a script was written only with him in mind.No other actor ever enjoyed this respect.

The production house is trying something new and a variety. If Kinshuk wanted, he could have stayed even with the leap. Not like Sdahna's character, it was killed for the leap to take place.

We should respect Kinshuk's personal decision and also keep faith in the production house,who gave us Bidaai.

Leap was a part of the story planned by the creatives. Actors should act professional and not try to control the story line. But at the same time, they have freedom to choose if they want to be a part of the show when certain changes are made. This is a profession and everyone starting from actors to CTs to spot boys need to act professionally and not emotionally. CTs had something in mind for future storyline and the actor did not like it, so its a mutual decision with no unpleasantness from any side.

In the "tantrums' article, RS clearly mentioned that as per the needs, story lines can be changed and if actors do not want to stay, they can move on....its as simple and as professional as that. It means it happens to everyone of us whop work in a corporate sector.
