I think you guys are limiting Sara's capabilities. She may look young, but nowadays there are young mothers. I've seen plenty of women that look really young, but have kids that are 5,6, etc.

Also, I think that with a wardrobe change (just like Parul's) Sara would have fit the part.

As for Kinshuk, I also think he would have totally fit the part. He could have grown his hair a little longer (like he did in the Ragvir track) and gelled it back rather than up. Maybe a little bit of a stubble. He definitely would have looked the part.

They would be playing 30 year old (in Sadhana's case a little younger) and I think that would have been fine. It's not like they're playing Vasu or Indrajit's age. That wouldn't have been fine.

Besides, when Sadhana married into the Rajvanch, Gunni was already 8 which is why she's around 18 now so it fits the role.

as far as the comparison b/w sara n parul is concerned (since the topic starter herself started it )......................... honestly speaking wen both of them were launched in the show they were quite young ...... n they looked that way too ..... but parul looked somewhat matured at that time compared to sara BCOZ of the heavy dark make up she was bombarded with........!!!

with passage of time ..... there have been drastic changes in parul n sara in terms of looks ......... but the difference is dat parul has changed for the betterment ......... whereas sara has changed for the worse ......... she looked much more beautiful earlier but not anymore ....... atleast to me !!!

but today the case is completely opposite .........as far as parul is concerned she seems to be getting more beautiful day by day........ everytime i see her ...... she seems more beautiful , younger n cuter than the last time........ n i actually mean it guys !!!

for sara ......... those sunken cheeks ,coloured hair n too much skiny body ...... make her look highly matured n older........ everytime i see her she looks more matured than before especially in last few episodes that she shot during her pregnancy n after dat .............. even in the pic which is there in RH ......... she looks quite older !!!!

If it's about acting then I'm 100% sure that Kinshuk and Sara could have convinced us that they were parents and older. They are both great actors who have the versatility to play these roles. If they didn't then they wouldn't have done so well in this industry.

I think Kinshuk and Sara are just as good as Angad and Parul.
