OMG there's soo many possibilities of what could happen...- Like other people said it could be his mother or grandmother on the phone and he calls them darling ... like in K3G Hritik calls his grandmothers his girlfriends....- Or maybe he has a sister that has mental disabilities like Alekh does and that's another reason he has an attachment to the family... and its hard for him to take care of his sister and be at the Rajvansh house too, but Vasu won't let him bring his sister into the house cause she doesn't consider him family so of course she wouldn't let his family in...- He could have been away from The Rajvansh house for 3 days on a business trip and he was calling Kushi and calling her darling...- Maybe the family knows he has another wife, but him and Ragini were forced to get married because Ranvir didn't know about Anmol's wife and it was his last wish before dying and before Anmol could explain Ranvir died and you have to grant a dying man's last wish... and that could be the reason for the contract between vasundra and Anmol... cause if he has another wife he shouldn't try to even come near Ragini.... and Anmol's other wife is jealous that he spends so much time with Ragini and the rajvansh family, so she could come and try to take revenge....- He could be talking to his secretary at work and he's just joking when he calls her darling... and vasundra hears him and sends a detective after him...- Anmol's wife could have died before ranvir died and that could be the reason Ranvir set Ragini and Anmol up in the first place and he was talking to his mother-in-law cause its the day of his wife's barsi or something or he has to support his mother-in-law... and Ragini feels its wrong to try to get closer to Anmol cause they both love their dead spouses...-this is probably impossible, but what if Anmol has a twin and Vasu sees the twin with the other woman he was talking to and she thinks its anmol...- or it could just be a good oldfashioned affair...
