Down the Memory Lane with Sadhana and Aalekh

Hi Friends,

Although they are separated in Bidaai, in our hearts Sadhana and Aalekh will always remain. They had a unique love story and such deep understanding of who the other person is. They made a great impact on us, even when their love was shown simple and subtle. I just wanted to dedicate a topic to the lovely couple Sadhana and Aalekh. I hope we all can help each other remember some of the beautiful moments this couple shared.

Sadhna – Alekh – A match made in Heaven

Sadhna Alekh Rajvansh - She was 2 year old, her mother died, since then she's been living with her Mama and considers his family as her own. She is mature, caring, understanding, humble and hard working girl. She's married to Alekh Rajvansh and is the oldest daughter-in-law of the family. She loves her husband a lot, even though circumstances change detrimentally for them. She wins his heart with her love and respect and proves to be his true life-partner. She gives birth to daughter Khushi. She is currently shown to be dead, but will always live in the hearts of the loving fans.

Alekh Inderjit Rajvansh – He is Inderjit and Vasundra's eldest son. He was mentally challenged since childhood since he witnessed his grandfather's murder. He is made to marry Sadhna, who loves and nurtures him to recover from his mental instability and become a very smart and mature person. His wife is his best friend and he loves her a lot. He relies upon her for everything and gradually becomes the best husband ever. He is currently shown in denial of Sadhna's death, although she died in his arms. He is currently mentally instable and finds a friend in his daughter Khushi.

Sadhna played by Sara Khan –

Sara Khan is a 20 year old Indian television model/actress, who shot to fame via her debut role as Sadhna in the hit serial Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai.

Born in Bhopal India; Sara started her career with modeling. Although she had not watched any serials prior to landing the role of Sadhna in Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai she has stated, she always knew she wanted to act in a serial; a decision her parents were very supportive of. Sara is also the winner of the Miss MP 2007 title.

She recently appeared as a 'star' contestant on the show Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? alongside her on screen sister Parul Chauhan. The two 'sisters' played the game for Help Age India.She also appeared in Amul Star Voice of India 2 alongside Angad Hasija, Parul Chauhan, and Kinshuk Mahajan on September 20th, 2008 as a celebrity guest.

Alekh played by Angad Hasija –

Angad Hasija, born and brought up in Chandigarh, is a smashing model from Punjab. This punjabi munda has the looks, demeanor and talent, all put together to make the young, old and even the disinterested to sit up and take notice. He is the interior designer and before entering the world of television had designed bungalows, hotels and offices. As a family business, he has a showroom of Italian paintings and decorations.

He has won the Mr.North Pageant and and had done 50 punjabi music videos. He had also won the Best Debutante Actor in the 8th Indian Telly Awards 2008 for his role in Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai show.

Today, Angad Hasija, known more famously as the schizophrenic Aalekh from Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai is playing one of the most challenging, mentally-exhaustive roles on television, where always the strong-willed Tulsis and Parvatis have been ruling the roost.

just a small correction angad was born in delhi but has been brought up in chandigarh
