Mallika needs to go into flashback.

If Mallika goes into flashback, then she will realise how much Alekh cares for Sadhana. Infact She will realise how desperate he became when he realised someone is following Sadhana. How extra care he took of her by dropping her home and talking about his responsibiliities. MAllika should atleast now realise that the letter she gor was actuallu for Sadhana because he has not shown any interest in Mallika or happiness over their engagement.

Mallika should open her eyes wide and should talk to Ranvir and understand the fact thta Alekh belongs to Sadhana and only Sadhana.

I am also wondering if Vasu will keep Alekh past (i mean his madness) a secret and try to get them married. Even if she thinks that wat....then she is too selfish and mean.

Mallika.....Wake up .....Sit up.....Take a deep breath.......THINK....THINK......Otherwaise you will be shocked when you get to know about Sadhana and her sacrifices.

I wonder if she already knows... There have been way too many scenes where they have showed Alekh worrying about Sadhna while Mallika was around. When Alekh went to say ILU to Sadhna and Mallika showed up before Sadhna. I seriously wonder if she picked up on the hints and is helping get them back together somehow?
