I am not sure who is at fault here, Ragini for not being a Aantaryami or Sadhana for caring???

Ragini is unaware of the situation and Sadhana can't tell because the doc have asked to not give any stress to Ragi. Now, it wouldn't come in Ragi dreams that Kaushi is sick..also when Ragi visited the house, she didn't notice that Kaushi was sick, because CV doesn't want her too. As simple as that. You can make 100 assumptions by looking at a scene, but the right answer is always what CV's are trying to show, i.e She doesn't know Kaushi is sick....less makeup more makeup doesn't matter. If Sadhana goes and tell Ragi, and what if she crashes given her present medical condition? Do you want Sadhana to be selfish and not think about her jiji??

So the bottom line is Ragi doesn't know, and Sadi can't tell.

Also, whatever is shown is per the script..Thankfully RS has a blog here, and you can go and ask him about it, rather than picking on both Ragini and Sadhana.
