I saw that scene in SBS and I thought that she was in a state of shock so her hand was just life less but even then mamaji's expression struck as odd.As if he was sad that she took his hand away.Two contradictory reactions.

Any ways,if Ragini's character doesn't improve then I am afraid that no amount of apologising in the end would help

Well it did seem intentional to me (by Mamaji's reaction specially). But in any ways, it was a very short scene where Ragini was shown. It it was not an intentional brush of hand, than the entire episode had no place for Ragini. As she was like a tree. Nothing else. Infact Avni had a better role.
