In the court room Vasu, Inder, Alekh, Venu and Sharma ji come and sit down. Alekh was looking intently at the statue with the eyes covered. Dhananjay was him and explains why there is a cloth around the eyes of the statue. Just then the Public Prosecution lawyer enters the court room and it was none other than Nishtha Vasudi (I hope the name is right). She greets Dhananjay and then the judge comes in. He asks who is the prosecution lawyer and Nishtha introduces her self.
Judge calls Ranvir in and then asks Nishtha that why she thinks that Ranvir shouldn't get the bail. She says that he shouldn't get the bail as he has hit a poor man so badly that he is in hospital, unconcious and since Ranvir belong to a rich family, he can manuplate with the evidence and the case with the help of money.
Dhananjay objects saying that she is exaggerating too much to which there is no proof. Judge sustains the objection and asks Dhananjay the reason why Ranvir should get he bail. Dhananjay says that Ranvir belong to a good family. He says what Ranvir did was due to self defence. It was Ranvir's duty to save his Bhabi from the goon.
Nishtha says that there is a difference between Self Defense and getting Evil with Rage.

Ragini is looking towards the door worried. Sadhna was lloking at her. Ragini asks Sadhna why ain't they home yet as it is getting too late. Ragini runs to call Vasu but the cell was switched off then she tries Inder's cell but again the cell was swtiched off. Ragini starts to panickand tells Sadhna that she wants to go to the court. Sadhna says that it is not good for her health to go there. Ragini asks Sadhna if she is with her or not. Sadhna agrees and they both leave for the court.
In court room - Dhananjay and Nishtha continue with the argument for and against Ranvir and everyone sitting there get worried for Ranvir.

The Judge says that although what Ranvir did was for self defence but it is also true that there are chances that he can manuplate the case after the bail through his money so his bail is rejected and a case should be filed against him.
Everyone gets upset and Alekh asks Dhananjay that what is happeneing and he asks Dhananjay that he promised that Ranvir will get the bail. Dhananjay tells him not to worry as Ranvir will soon be out stated innocent.
Alekh goes to Ranvir and says that he is sorry that he couldn't fulfill his promise that he swill get Ranvir out. The inspector takes Ranvir away and Ranvir screams that he is not angry with Alekh. Vasu cries that the money is coming in the way of Ranvir's bail. Everyone goes out with Ranvir.
Sharma ji comes in from of Nishtha and she takes the Ashirwad from him and asks why he was there. She gets a little worried and asks if he is a relative of the man in the hospital. Sharma ji cries and says that Ranvir is his son-in-law. Nishtha gets shocked.
Precap: Ragini runs after Ranvir's Van. Sadhna tries to stop her and Alekh also comes there. Ragini faints.
