i just finished watching on Youtube and this part made me laugh;

When malti asked maaji who came, alekh turned around all looking cute n handsome 😛 said in low tone namastee and the natunki got scared and took a fall. I couldn't help myself keept on lolllllllllll on serious note khausi and malti's face expression 🤣

Malti could not recognize Aalekh from the back, but when he turned, she was stunned seeing the hot, handsome, dashing man standing in front of her.

Yeah how come she is wearing those high heels at this stage of pregnancy??

I am sure he will do something and save Malti and her child, but both Malti and Kaushi are thankless people so i dont expect any change in either of them, but surely hope they do.
