Rajvansh House:
Sadhna is trying to convince Aalekh to eat but he seems lost elsewhere, busy staring into space and nothingness. Ragini comes in to their room and the sisters try to divert Aalekh's mind by commenting that he is looking good . Aalekh responds that he can be anything but good and looks upset. Sadhna tries to question him about his past (i.e. the incidents which caused his condition) and as he is about to tell her something, Vasu, who overhears Sadhna calls her outside. Aalekh gets hyper on seeing Vasu and refuses to let Sadhna go meet her but she manages to go. Vasu asks Sadhna not to trouble Aalekh by asking questions which can cause him trauma but before she can finish, Aalekh cuts her short yelling that she is a bad person and that Sadhna should not listen to her. A hurt Vasu immediately leaves from there. Ranvir is at the office thinking about Aalekh's condition, he somehow wants to get into the root of this matter and help his brother get back to normalcy at least for the sake of Sadhna's life as it is now tagged to Aalekh's. He tries to question Inderjeet on what exactly occurred on the day of their grandfather's death which has caused Aalekh's current condition. His father too does not have an answer to the question; he tells Ranvir that they have tried several ways and almost every possible treatment for many years on Aalekh to learn which incident resulted in his current condition but with no success as Aalekh's mental condition would worsen every time somebody tried to get into the depth of the issue hence forcing them to stop the treatment. Not exactly getting anywhere with his father's response, Ranvir decides to discuss this with Vasu and try to get a lead from her.
Vasu is looking at an album which has pictures of Aalekh and Ranvir with her during their childhood, she reminisces the good times she shared with Aalekh when he was a kid. She is deeply hurt with Aalekh's hatred for her and cries her heart out on missing the love he gave her as a child. Just then, Ranvir enters her room and asks her to narrate the incidents on the day of his grandfather's death as he cannot remember them because he was too young then. Vasu tells him that Aalekh was very attached to his grand father and for some reason, he holds himself responsible for his death which actually happened due to a heart attack. Ranvir is shocked on knowing that and wonders why he was not told about this before to which Vasu says that he was too young to understand the situation. Ranvir further asks Vasu the link between Red Roses and Aalekh's hatred for her. An emotional Vasu tells him that she has no idea about it else she would have succeeded in winning Aalekh's love back. Ranvir tries to console his mother telling her that he is beginning to understand Aalekh's problem a little bit now, Ranvir thinks that Aalekh is suffering from guilt complex since he feels he caused their grandfather's death. Ranvir takes the album with their childhood pictures which Vasu was seeing when he had come to meet her and looks at the photographs when he observes that Vasu has a red rose pinned to her hair in almost all the pictures; he asks her if she was fond of red roses. As Vasu is about reply, a servant comes in to hand her the keys to the store room , he also gives her Sadhna's chain which he claims he found in the store room. Vasu is infuriated and exclaims that Sadhna should not have done to this to Aalekh, Ranvir asks her to be reasonable and questions her on why would Sadhna do something like that. Vasu tells Ranvir that only Sadhna can answer this question and walks out in anger to find Sadhna before he can stop her.
Vasu runs into Ragini downstairs and asks her where is Sadhna, Ragini tells her that she is her room with Aalekh. Vasu angrily goes towards Sadhna's room to fetch her, worrying Ragini. Aalekh is a bit better and sleeping with Sadhna sitting by his side. Vasu calls Sadhna asking her to meet her down in the hall immediately, Ragini enters the room as Vasu is calling Sadhna who asks Ragini to be by Aalekh's side for a while and leaves to meet Vasu down stairs. Vasu shows her the chain which belongs to her and which was found in the store room. She yells at her and accuses her in front of every one saying that she was only pretending to take care of Aalekh all the while; that in reality, she was actually worsening his condition by doing things like opening the doors to the store room causing Aalekh the trauma he has been through. Sadhna is in tears begging Vasu not to blame her like this, she tries to explain her that she loves Aalekh and values him more than her life. Vasu is in no mood to listen to her and inquires how her chain reached the store room then, Ranvir stops Vasu before she goes any further with her allegations. He calls out to the servant and asks him to show the place in the store room where he found the chain.
Store Room:
Servant shows the place where he found the chain; Ranvir explains Vasu that the chain might have slipped and fell when Sadhna along with everybody was trying to control Aalekh in the store room the day before. He takes a look around the room hoping to get a hint and finds a ring lying on the floor, he picks it up and gives it to Vasu pointing to the place where he found it. Vasu,Choti Maa,Satyen,Sadhna,Ragini ,Ranvir and Avni are shocked to learn that the ring belongs to Inderjeet'.
Precap: Vasu confronts Inderjeet and they are having an argument about why Aalekh hates his own mother'.
