I would NEVER have watched KZK for that long even if it still had my fav. couple in it!😕😆😆..If Bidaai ever goes that way, I'll have to stop watching it too.....I feel a serial should only be on max 3-4 years (I personally would want 1-2 years)....any show will run out of ideas and will begin to drag no matter what concept...I really hope that doesn't happen to Bidaai! Ditto....I will also stop watching Bidaai if it heads the K-way .....and if it decides to be an endlessly running show.....don't have that kind of patience😆.....I think a family drama can at the most run for 3 years max.....other shows like youth based shows shouldn't run for more than a year....or they can have the 'season' system that they have in American shows....For now, Bidaai shows promise cuz it has stayed true to what is its biggest USP....it's simplicity.....if the creators don't lose sight of that, then this show will continue to rock👏......I think it is the way I hear the maker of this show....Mr.Rajan Shahi talk about it that gives me hope for Bidaai managing to stay above the usual nonsense in most soaps.

These bashers are frustrated because they don't like the attention Bidaai is getting....It's totally fine that they don't like Bidaai, but their argument is baseless!

It's a bout time the K-shows ended....a show loses its charm after is 15th generation leap....

This is so true. I only watched Kis desh mein.. for Prem and Heer (hence my siggy) but now that's all gone to hell what with Prem's death and all. That's another reason why Bidaai is so great. Though there are popular jodis that people like (RagVir and Salekh), the story is about more than just them. I'm assuming most people don't just watch Bidaai for the sake of catching a glimpse of their fav jodis. There is actual substance and depth in the characters and the story itself, which compels people to watch the show for reasons other than simply watching their fav jodis in action. - IMHO, that is the mark of a good show.
I've seen these kinds of comments against Bidaai in several forums on IF - KSBKBT forum, RKAB forum, KDMHMD forum, Kayamath form, BMTD forum, etc. - and they used to really get me aggravated before, but I now I just try and ignore.

^^ i used to watch KDMHMD as well.. as soon as that bomb blast happened i quit. i refuse to watch her show because 2 years from now, when Heer's married t osomeone else, Prem will come back (maybe with a new face?!) and heer would be tempted to marry him again.
UGHHH..
and i know what you mean about bashing Bidaai on different threads.. i really tried to keep my cool. Bini and i were just speaking of this like 2 days ago.. but today i lost my cool.! honestly these people dont give Bidaai a fair chance.
if only it was called Kartavya Babul ka.. Bidaai 😆or something we wouldn't have to deal with these issues.

Well said! I totally agree! Bidaai is definitely a cut above most soaps....The only thing K-shows had going for them were that Kekta usually picks very good actors for her leads....but that can only take a show so far once the storyline turns complete crap....which happens usually within a couple months of her shows starting😆😆
Although, frankly out of her recent shows, even the quality of actors she's picking has been going down....Harshad Chopra is the only new guy in her camp who I've found impressive....the rest are not really that good.....and the especially pale in comparison to the original great BT actors from the original three soaps like Kyunki, Kahaani and KZK....

Yeah, I luv the cast of Bidaai, especially Alok Nath!!! I actually feel really bad for the actors in K-shows....they have to act in such ridiculous storylines....I doubt any of the actors ages 18-25 thought they would be playing mom and dad to people who are actually older than them! I think everyone has a right to their opninion, but really they shouldn't point fingers when their own show has problems....my parents love the whole saas-bahu/ K-shows....they like making fun of the vamps with 50 lbs makeup, heavy jewelry and sarees....My dad loved Sindoora because she was the first evil vamp without the excessive wardrobe....

Bidaai is a good show and is getting the attention it deserves!

I feel slightly bad for them as well, but I guess they are that scared of Kekta and only few dare to defy her once they're set in her camp😕😆
And as for making fun of the crazy vamps, I too have done my fair share of it......but the point is that this has all gone on TOO long!! The crazy vamps with the loud makeup can only be entertaining up till a point....I thought Komolika was the original one and no one has ever been as good with the crazy over the top mannerisms.....she was in a league of her own with that stuff...but anyways, the point is.....everything has its saturation point and the K-shows have reached their saturation point....some ppl have realized that and moved on......while some still refuse to....but in my personal opinion...the K-era is over....it is time for a new breed of family dramas.

^ You're probably spot on about way in which Ekta will inevitably bring back Prem in the show even after showing the viewers his cremation! I mean, my suspension of disbelief can only go up to a certain extent.
lol @ 'Kartavya Babul ka' - y'know if Bidaai was an Ekta show then maybe these people wouldn't have been bashing it initially but after 8 divorces, 10 generation leaps, 5 love-affairs and at least 3 characters being brought back from the dead, i'm sure those people would've felt that it has lost its charm...😉

LOL😆😆😆....Khwaab prolly would fit better according to K standards😆
But I read somewhere that even Kekta is seeing the light and realizing that the letter 'k' can't save her shows and apparently her new show's name doesn't start with 'k'😆😆
I used to watch KIT too....cuz it was so different from all her regular shows....it was pretty funny too....but then it got really weird with the Natasha issue and then it just ended suddenly😕😕
