I remember the uproar there was when we had heard the news that a new character shishir is being introduced as the future husband of ragini. the producer had to come out with a statement that ''they wont get married'' and that its a cameo which may turn into a full fledged role if the audience like him. it was also mentioned in one of the articles that he will play the angel who will bring them (ragvir) together. now that he has become immensely popular ( whether diehard ranvir fans like it or not😉) the producer may bring in more drama with this love triangle). I just hope in the end he doesnt suffer.
