Will MIK get another lead role?

Its going to be hard to get lead role....... as i second u in saying his age is clearly showing on his face, u can never miss those wrinkles around his eyes as they r very obvious..................

well may be he can take up directing , since he loves it no........

yeah MlK can get role he wants. he is amazing.

Realistically, if a production house looks at talent and acting caliber, then MIK should have no issue finding a new show. But, nowadays, PH's look for new faces and less expenses, so if he is to get a new role a production house would have to really want to work with him.

Some actors have gotten roles as they've aged. Ram Kapoor in Kasamh Se, Raqesh V in Maryada, Ronit Roy, etc. However, there are a lot more actors who are no longer the leads as they have gone older, eg: Hiten Tejwani. It depends. MIK did say that while he was on his hiatus, he was offered many shows, so that will probably continue for him.

His aged look in Sangini has a lot to due with the makeup, look, and wardrobe. The wrinkles around the eyes are evident, but not prevalent. MIK maintains his physique and health, he should be good for a few more years.

Why wouldn't he! He is a great artist!!! He has done many roles to prove that! Remember these shows just don't run on the leads, story line is a major part of the liking of these serials! If Sangini creatives screw up, how can one blame him!

What ails him in Sangini is that he plays such a naive character (doesn't have a job, doesn't do much but mope, and Rudra also doesn't follow common sense) even though Iqbal himself physically looks like a focused and mature guy by his looks and stance.

I feel that if he wants to continue in tellywood, then he should do for his next role a character that is very mature and very focused. A somewhat dominating character instead. Or he should be in a show that allows the character to grow from one extreme to another (like another one of my favorite shows with him in it😳). Sangini just started a few months ago so obviously his character won't change so soon, but I hope as Sangini goes on, Rudra's character also grows. Rudra already has by taking responsibility by marrying Gauri and going to work. But I wish Rudra becomes a more dominating and more "manly" character in this show.

And it might help if he grows out his goatee again. I love Iqbal best with it😳😛😉
