Sorry Mac, My younger sis was on my computer.So if you play your vid on Power DVD you can take Caps. with the C on your keyboard.

Than you have an output folder named PowerDVD and you upload them on an imageuploadside and put the link in the insert image symbol.

Btw i have made caps from the preacap, but the quali is really bad.😕
