Is Sanjivani Realistic & Relatable like Beginning ?

Not anymore after today's epi. Sad to say that a successful franchise like Sanjivani went downhill ! No relatibility and no more reality.

And isnt it funny that only Sid and Ishani are living a super melodramatic life while others are peacefully spending their days in balancing work and home.
