The fighting over liver is cringewrothy yes but it's not something I never seen in a medical show before even Grey's Anatomy had a scene where they were fighting over a heart.

Even I would prefer to save Neeti over the alcohol man tbh but when it comes to our jobs In reality we have to play by the rules as long as his name is on top of the list.

Thank you for saying that! Atleast now some dumbstrucks will sit quietly and not BARK in this forum unnecessarily on the lines of LOGIC. I just don't understand what they want. First they complaint ITV shows can never match upto foreign counterparts and when some ITV show makers depict reality , they still have a problem. Brainless people here.

But coming to the point, after last week, the show has developed some grippy storyline. All I need is they build a connected network with chapters opening one-by-one in an interesting way yet dramatically as this is ITV. Good luck to Sanjivani2. Not to forget, Namit has started to get hold of his character now. Good job!

Okay one question, I know in liver transplants the donor doesn't have to dead for alive donors can also donate a part of their liver, that's a complex surgery but the donors liver will grow to its full size in few days. So, why Abhay's wife or some family member is not donating him a part of his liver taken they pass the compatibility test. Just a curious question, cause I know unlike other organs donation where the donors are generally dead. Same isn't the requirement for liver??

Both neeti and Malhotra need liver transplant but if we compare two patients condition then neeti conditions is very much critical compare to Malhotra. Malhotra condition is not so critical and he can still wait. He can still survive but neeti condition is very critical and if there is more late she can die

In neeti case there is no time to wait and more over liver is first book for neeti. So as liver first book for neeti and it was already book for neeti before Malhotra entry ,so technically neeti treated to be first because her condition is very critical in comparison to Malhotra

For Malhotra they can arrange another liver because his condition is not critical and he is position to wait

I also thinking the same thing as per my knowledge some percentage liver we can transfer from one person to another person if its match. We don't need whole liver for that. Or person should be dead. They can also show that Dr Ishani herself matches in the end so she donate liver to save girl life and fulfill her promise.

I think since human body has just one liver, an alive person can't donate as it's an important organ for a human. Hence, patient's families can't donate to the diseased person. It's not kidney you know where you can find the donor easily.

Hope that answered your question.

This doner thing depend on a lot of factors. A non alcoholic will be preferred above alcoholic. A young would be prefer above an old. The needy would be preferred above the one who can wait.

Idk, i havent watched the epi but in previous epu Dr Sid's patiebt seemed in more critical condition than Dr Ishani's.

And above all.. The donor was for Neetu... Later the hospital misplaced the list. Its not ethical, is it? Dr Sid indeed helps the ones who doesnt get helped with the system.

Absolutely. In fact watch today's episode to get more clarity. Vardhan has planned something so that the VIP patient gets the donar Liver. But I am just wondering how will Dr Sid pay her hospital fee? Isnt Sanjivani supposed to be too expensive? How did Saniya got treated in the bomb blast case? It's not a govt. hospital where such patients are treated for free.

You can donate a part of your liver to others.. You dnt have to be dead for this. And Liver transplant compatibility tests are fwerer than the kidney transplant. Kidney transplants need hell of a compatibility tests but liver ' tests are comparively less as far as I know. Have not read it in details.

And about donors... Haha, i feel like laughing on this topic you know. Its hard to convince peiple to donate a bag of blood and they would donate a part of their organs!! So, yes its hell of a task to find a donor in this subcontinent. We people have issues
