Hi everyone,
I'm back with today's update.
It starts with a recap of Thursday's episode.
Jhanvi is speaking to Sunny thinking he is Shekhar. She is telling him not to tell anyone about the contents of the letter. Not even Saagar. He looks shocked. She asks him whether he is listening. He coughs and she carries on with her talk. She tells him that she doesn't want any probs being made for Kaveri and Sunny. She also tells him that just let the engagement happen and then they'll sit down and discuss this issue. She says that he must be very tired and she will see him tomorrow. They both put the phone down.
Sunny says to himself that why did Jhanvi refer to him as Saagar. What was in that letter that she doesn't want them to know? He stands up and walks to the window. Jhanvi gets flashbacks of the time she spent with Saagar. The title song plays with the words about memories being remembered. Sunny sits on the windowsill and thinks about Ganga.
The next morning, all the preparations are being made for the engagement. Shanta is looking gorgeous in a gold sequined sari. She is on the phone making final arrangements regarding the sweets. Gudiya comes in the house and Shanta tells her to get ready as everyone will be here soon. Shanta asks where her friends are and she tells her that they'll be here shortly. Gudiya asks where her father is and he has to be received. She tells Gudiya that she will get her father and that she should hurry up.
Shekhar comes downstairs and asks Shanta where his mobile is. She tells him that it must be around here somewhwere. He says no he looked everywhere and please help him to find him. She tells him to ring the phone but he says he tried that but the battery is down on the phone. Shanta tells him that last night he went to Sunny's room and he might have left it there. He agrees with her and goes toward Sunny's room. Shanta reminds him to see if Sunny is ready and to bring him out.

Shekhar goes inside Sunny's room and sees his phone in Sunny's hand. He gets the phone and tells him that Shanta told him that he must have left it in his room last night. He asks if there were any calls. Sunny says that Jhanvi phoned and was asking about a letter she wrote him. Shekhar just say that Oh yeah, she played a joke. He tries to go but Sunny grabs his hand and asks about Jhanvi calling him by his name when noone knows his real name. He is very upset and worried regarding this. Shekhar explains to him that his name was printed in the invitations. Sunny doesn't think that's the reason and then Shekhar tells him that he asked her to call him that as he likes it. Sunny is releived with this explanation. They both leave to go to the main room.
Shanta opens the doors of the house. Jhanvi and Kaveri are standing at the door with Khurana and some other guests. Jhanvi looked gorgeous in a red and gold sari with gold accessories. Kaveri was dressed in a light gold sari with gold accessories. Shanta did the arti of both and tells them that they both look gorgeous like stars from the sky. They both walk in towards the grooms. Khurana embraces Shekhar and then holds Sunny's hand. Mahendra babu then comes and embraces him too. Jhanvi is looking at Sunny when Kaveri knudges her and tells her that thats her man she's looking at and that Shekharji is over there. They both smile at each other. Khurana says that the engagement ceremony should be done now when a girl's voice says wait.

It is Gudiya and she tells everyone that she has told her mummy that she was inviting some of her friends and here they are from a reality show. She introduces Mansi and Abhir. They sing the title song from the film Salaam-e-Ishq. Kaveri imagines herself with sunny dancing. She is dressed in a purple lengha.
At the end of the song, the engagement ceremony begins. Jhanvi says that Kaveri should be first. She agrees and Kaveri and Sunny exchange rings. Jhanvi looks on with a satisfied and slightly sad look on her face. When its Jhanvi and Shekhar's turn, they move towards each other and Jhanvi is just about to put the ring on Shekhar finger when a voice is heard who declares that the engagement cannot take place. It is Kaveri. Everyone is shocked.

Comments: There was no precap shown in today's episode. I wish there was so we'd have a glimpse of tomorrow's episode. I wonder what will happen next. The outfits that the cast had on today were beautifil especially Jhanvi's sari. Gudiya looks sweet in a pink lengha. Can't wait for tomorrow episode. I think that Kaveri will mention something about the latter that Jhanvi wrote Shekhar. It might be on a light-hearted tone or maybe she has got hold of the original letter that she wrote. I wonder what was in the 2nd letter as we all know someone took the original letter that Jhanvi wrote.
