Hi guys, another week and another drama filled episodes of Sangam awaits us.
Alka is massaging Buaji's feet who is falling asleep. There is a knock at the door. It is Puttan who scolds Alka for taking so long in opening the door. Puttan tells Alka to go to her room as he needs to talk to his mother. She leaves and closes the door. Her sari gets caught on the door. Puttan tells his mother about what happened on the terrace between S/G. Buaji gets irritated about her 'puppets' moving on their own and not according to her plans.
Alka wonders at all the heartache that G has suffered.
On the other side G is in her room lamenting on S insistence for her to marry RM.
G: How can I give one more sacrifice? How can I marry RM? How do I accept what S has asked for?
A voice is heard and a white sari clad G appears (it is her conscience).
G (Conscience): Just like S accepted your demand that he marry Kaveri.
G stares at this apparition.
G: Yes Ganga. S accepted your demand and sacrificed his love too just on your say-so. Now its your turn to listen and accept his request that you marry RM. Then what is there to think about so much.
G: I don't want to betray RM by marrying him. He has a right to receive true love and true happiness. I.....I.....I can't give him his right.
G: Why Ganga? Why can't you give him this right? After marrying RM wouldn't you accept this relation with honesty? Duty? You sacrificed your love because of duty. Then today a new duty is asking for its love today. A relationship based on sacrifice never betrays. You know this very well.
G: But I have rejected RM love!
G: RM hasn't rejected you. He still loves you today. You just tell him that you have changed your mind. He will surely accept you.
G: But I only love S!! In my every heartbeat there is S. He is embedded into my every thought as a memory. I only love S.
G: And he only loves you. Yes Ganga. You are in his every heartbeat. He breathes only your name. Your relationship cannot break with S/kAveri wedding. You will have to break this relationship yourself. As long as you don't accept RM then even by agreeing to wed Kaveri S won't be able to fully accept her as is wife. By placing S on the test of what is right and wrong you cannot move away from your responsibilities. You have to face the circumstances. This isn't a sacrifice but a test. You have to give this test or else your love will be said to be selfish. You will be called selfish.
G: No!!! Enough Enough!!!
G puts her hand over her ears and shouts. She lays her head on the bed. The other G disappears.
G puts her head up and looks around. She looks determined.

The next morning, Alka is making some haldi for the bride and groom. Gudiya comes running in. Alka tells her to slow down. Gudiya comes to sit besides Alka and asks her what she is doing. Alka explains the tradition of applying haldi to the bride and groom so they look nice for the wedding later that day. Gudiya comments about making some for her mother so she too looks pretty. Alka is quiet.
G is walking towards them. She tells Gudiya to get ready herself today as she has lots of work to do and won't be able to help her. Gudiya agrees and runs off.
G walks towards the mandir where there is a tray kept with all the things Kaveri will need i.e. mangalsutra, sindoor etc. She takes it some distance away and sits down to decorate it.
G: Do you know Alka just like in Kaveri didi I have gained an elder sister, I have gained a little sister in you.
Alka looks at her surprised.
Alka: I am very fortunate that you have made me your sister. I will be deemed lucky when I gain some of your qualities.
G smiles sadly.
Alka: Bhabhi, what have you started to think about?
G: Relationships are so strange. You never know when and where they get joined. I never knew that by coming to this house I would gain so many relations and by carrying these relations out it will take my entire life.
Alka: Bhabhi I'm not all that clever or smart regarding education but I believe that making relationships is not in our hands, its in God's hands. Its all games of fate. It makes us meet those relations that will be built. If we accept those relations with an honest heart then those relationships become God;s blessings for us.
G: In very simple words you have said a very big thing. Relationships have been made so they have to be obeyed. This is Kaveri didi wedding tray. I have to gather my happiness and decorate it.
She picks up the mangalsutra and holds it in front of her face. Sad music plays. ALka watches her with sadness. G has a flashback of when she promised Kaveri that she will get her wed as soon as she returns from Austrailia. Tears flow from her eyes. G places the mangalsutra back in the tray.
Screen fades to black.
S is walking toward the steps. (he's upstairs and going to walk down) Kaveri stops him as she wants to spend some time with him to talk. SHe tells him that after the haldi they won't be able to talk to each other nor see each other. She continues on about the time that's left to the wedding(8 hours and calculates the minutes and the seconds). S comments that she is happy and she in turn asks him whether he is happy. After some hesitation he says yes he is. (He has a really sad face and she's asking him whether he's happy - does he look happy?)
Shanta comes to take Kaveri for the haldi. As Shanta and Kaveri talk, S attention wanders and he notices G helping with the preparations downstairs. He becomes very solemn while staring at her. Kaveri notices that his attention is elsewhere. Shanta takes Kaveri away for the haldi. S remains there watching G.

Puttan is pacing his mother's room thinking about what can be done about the current situation.
Puttan: If G refuses to marry RM then S will in front of everyone declare his love for her. If this happens then Kaveri will never agree to marry S. SHe will sacrifice her love for her sister. If this happens then G will come to this house forever. Our plan will be finished.
Buaji: Child, I know all this. It won't be changed if you keep on repeating it. It burns my blood every time you repeat it.
Puttan sits down on his mother's bed.
Buaji: I solution needs to be found.
Puttan: That is what I am thinking about all this time. Before this I could just click my fingers and solutions could be found for any difficulty.
He clicks his fingers but is unable to.
Puttan: Look at that now I can't even click my fingers.
Buaji: When its time for us to leave and go back to the village then you can sit in our home in the village and click your fingers.
Alka comes to call her mother-in-law for the haldi ceremony. Buaji looks at Alka with frustration. She leaves after Puttan tells her to. Puttan tells his mother to go downstairs.
Haldi is put on Kaveri. G watches by standing in the corner. She is smiling. Many women come and do so. Ladies are dancing.
Shanta puts haldi on S. He is unhappy. G comes with a bowl of haldi. S turns his head and looks up at her. They both look at each other. (Hello everyone are you blind?) Shanta notices G standing there.
Shanta: Arre J, Where did you disappear? You know it is a wedding house and there is plenty of work to be done. In doing everything don't forget you are S bhabhi.
Lightning is heard. S looks at G again. A staring session between them takes place.
Shanta: And tieing his sehra is your responsibility.
S stares at her continuously. G smiles bravely.
G: No didi. how can I forget that? I remember.
Shanta smiles at her. S looks down. Buaji and Puttan come.
Shubot coming down the stairs. He is on the phone to RM mother.
Shubot: What? Rahul won't come to the wedding?
Everyone looks towards Shubot.
Shubot: But there was no planned trips to Goa up to yesterday. What work has come up so suddenly that he had to go?
S looks at G who has her head down. They both look at each other.
Shubot: you come here. I will phone him myself.
He disconnects the call. Shanta gets up and asks him what has happened. He tells her but reassures her that he will get RM here.
Puttan says to Buaji that the situation is getting out of their hands really quickly.
RM in the car driving when his phone rings. It is Shubot but he doesn't pick it up.
RM (In his mind): Please forgive me. I have again lost my love. If there is tears in the eyes and pain in the heart then how can I smile? I can't tell you anything so I can't be involved in this wedding.
Shanta comes to Shubot to ask him whether he has reached RM but he says no. Shubot is confused as RM isn't picking up his phone. He has never done this before. G comes to tell Shanta that Kaveri needs help in putting on her bridal dress. Shanta leaves. Shubot stops G. She asks him whether he has been able to speak to RM and he says no. She suggests that she will ring him. He smiles.
Shubot: J one minute. RM has told me everything but I want to hear from you yourself what occurred last night.
G is shocked.

Comments: This wedding is moving too fast. I guess this wedding will happen this week sometime. Please NO!!!! I won't be able to bear it if that happens. I coiuldn't believe it today that noone noticed S staring at G continuously. You could see the questions in his eyes. Is everyone blind. We can see the staring a mile away (camera angle was some distance away at one point) All we can do now is keep our fingers crossed that nothing of what these scenes indicate will happen. How the wedding will be stopped is still a mystery. Can't wait for tomorrow as hopefully the wedding will be stopped then.
Hope you enjoyed the update. Sorry for the wait. I had guests so had to stop in the middle of the update to go and attend to them.

- Puttan goes to tell his mother about what he overheard on the terrace. They throw Alka out of the room. Her sari gets caught on the door and she listens to what is said.
- G is in her room and thinking about what S has said. She refuses to marry RM as she doesn't love him etc.
- Her conscience (dressed in white) appears in front of her and argues against her refusal. The points that are made are that S listened to her and agreed to marry Kaveri, she needs to break relations with S with her acceptance to wed RM as even though S has accepted Kaveri he still has a relationship with G. She says that she has already refused him but her other self says that he will still accept her as he loves her. She should tell him that she has changed her mind.
- The next morning, Alka and G have a discussion on relationships and how God manipulates everyone to his own tune.
- S coming down the stairs. Kaveri stops him. SHe wants to spend some time with him before the wedding that evening.
- Shanta stops them.
- S notices G downstairs and stares at her saddly.
- Shanta takes Kaveri for her haldi.
- S stares at G again.
- Haldi is done to Kaveri and S.
- Shanta reminds G not to forget that she is S bhabhi and has to put the sehra on S.
- S/G stare at each other.
- Shubot coming down the stairs and is on the phone to RM mother.
- He says that RM won't be attending the wedding.
- S looks at G
- Shanta asks SHubot and he replies that RM has gone to Puna but he will ring him and speak to him.
- RM doesn't accept Shubot phone call.
- G comes to call Shanta to get Kaveri dressed in her bridal clothes.
- Shubot stops G after Shanta leaves.
- He tells her that RM told him everything but he wants to hear from her what occurred last night.
- G shocked.
