10th September 2009 Written Update

😃 I know there is an update up, but here is a more in depth one! 😃

Part 1
Dhani come home, Sudha jokes have you come from meeting your friend? She asks where she went with her friend, Dhani replies, around here. Sudha sets her down and says, you must be hungry; I will go get you food. Sudha ask her to guess what she got her, she guesses, but is not right, Sudha takes off the top and says Jalibee. Dhani gets up and says she does not want any. Sudha forces it into her mouth, Dhani takes the food and runs outside with it, Sudha wonders why she ran out and heads for the kitchen. She looks as the door shocked, a man is standing in the doorway. Sudha begins to tear up and says Babuji? She runs to him and she starts crying in his arms. They both cry and talk, Sudha tells him to sit down. They talk for a while and that he brought stuff for Dhani. Sudha takes a bag and opens it; he takes out a purple Sari and asks her to get Dhani to wear it. Dhani come in and asks whom the man is, she is about to tell her, but he interrupts and says you don't know me I sell Saris and I brought this for you. He asks if she likes it, she replies yes and takes his blessing; he turns to Sudha and says I must go. He is about to leave when Dhani says wait, we did not pay you, he says your mother's Maayka is from where I am from, I brought it as a gift. He gave her blessing again and leaves; Sudha stands there emotional. Dhani goes to her mother and says, the way he gave me blessing makes me feel like he is someone close, Sudha says something and leaves emotional. Dhani looks down at the Sari. Sudha goes outside looking for her father. She goes to him and cries, you visit your daughter after such a long time, and you are already leaving? He says I did what I cam to do, she says I wanted my daughter to meet her grandfather. He says, we have been hiding this for a reason, if she finds out, it will ruin her. Sudha says I don't feel like letting you go, he says you have to, for Dhani's sake, Sudha gives him food. He gives her his blessing, and leaves. Sudha is left crying.

Part 2

Dhani is lying in her bed tossing and turning. She imagines herself dressed in a Sari with beautiful jewelry. She goes and takes the blessing of Uma and Taiji then goes to the kitchen and take Mayi's blessings. She is feeding Ambers brother and Madhu comes to get her hair brushed. Amber is watching and signals her to come, she goes, but Taiji stops her. Amber is disappointed. She sits down and is doing something with flowers, she looks up and Amber is gone. She leaves her work and goes to her room, she hold her hands to her ears to apologize to Amber, he goes to her and puts his hand on her ears, they smile and they hug. Dhani is lying in her be smiling, Sudha comes in and sees her daydreaming.

Mayi and Guari are doing a pooja (Gauri is dressed up in green, she looks sooo pretty). There are a lot of decorating going on around the house. Mayi says you are doing so much for the arrival of the other Bahu, she says that she will be like a little sister to me. Taiji comes and sees that Gauri does not have her dupatta covering her head, she get mad and scold Gauri. She tells her to stop sitting and go do some work. Taiji and Mayi talk and go off.

Amber's dad come down stairs and starts talking to a Pandit, they sit down and he says that today is Amber's Haldi Rasam. Then there is his biya. A man brings sweets, he tells the Pandit I had these made for you. He says I want the wedding to happen there so I can bring my Bahu here. The Pandit says something, and Amber's dad says I don't care about that, but I have gotten my self a bahu! He gives a job to the Pandit which he frowns at.

Part 3

Dhani is sitting while people are dancing and music is playing. The Haldi Rasam is happening. Sudha looks at Dhani and begins to tear up. Her friends and there mother is rubbing stuff on her face.

Amber is sitting in his home and the Haldi Rasam is happening there too with gauri, madhu, Uma, Mayi, and Taiji there also rubbing stuff on him. Madhu says something, Taijji scold her ans says that's not true and my son Amber is one in a million. Amber's dad pours milk? On his head. Everyone claps and Amber stands up.

Sudha is standing when Tayi comes, she congratulates Sudha bitterly then goes to Dhani and rubs stuff on her face. Dhanis friends fight over whose hand she will but the yellow stuff on first, they say the first one to get it will be married. Dhani rubs it on both their hands. Their mom comes and tells them to help Dhani get ready, Sudha comes smiling with the Sari her father brought for Dhani in hand. Her friends sees this and frowns, she says that Dhani cannot wear that. Sudha proudly tells her that the dress cam from her home town.

Sudha sits on a chair and cries to her friends, I put this house up for mortgage, how will I tell Dhani this? She says how will I tell her after she leaves this home she will never see it again? Dhani hears this and calls her mom with tears.

I knew Sudha would mortgage her house so she can pay for Dhani's wedding

I agree, she looked sooo pretty, she looks good in saris, and in red!
