As soon as Randhir came down, he saw three plates of home-cooked Indian food set on the table. Somya and Sanyukta were sitting next to each other, just like they had been this morning, and Sanyukta was pouring Somya a glass of water.

Randhir sat across from them, as his stomach grumbled... it had been so long since he had food like this.

"Can I start now?" Somya asked impatiently. "I'm hungry!"

"Yes, everyone's here so we can eat," Sanyukta said with a smile.

Randhir, without saying a word, started to stuff himself with the food and Sanyukta smiled as Somya dug in as well.

"This is good!" Somya said, "I had food like this when I went to my friend's house! But you make it better."

"Thank you," Sanyukta said with a smile, as she began to eat too.

"I just want to kiss your hands Sanyukta!" Randhir said, as he continued to stuff his mouth.

"Eww dad please don't talk about kissing mommy!" Somya replied, and Sanyukta looked at Somya surprised with her usage of the word mommy, "I mean her!"

Randhir looked down embarrassed and Sanyukta blushed as well.

"Okay Somya, after you eat, you have to do your homework," Sanyukta instructed, trying to change the subject.

"But I want to watch TV!" Somya replied, "My favourite show is coming on!"

"How long is your show?" Sanyukta asked.

"Half an hour," Somya replied.

"Okay you and I will watch your favourite show together, and then you can do your homework," Sanyukta told Somya. "Deal?"

"Deal!" Somya said happily, and Randhir smiled watching the two of them bond.

Just then someone entered the mansion and Sanyukta looked up surprised as a familiar face entered.

"Randhir? Somya?" she called out.

"Mom!" Somya screamed excitedly and got up leaving her food half-eaten, running towards Ishika.

"Ishika!" Randhir greeted happily, and Sanyukta watched the two of them leave her and approach her.

Ishika hugged Somya tightly first before throwing her arms around Randhir.

She didn't think anybody noticed as she disappeared upstairs to her own room, tears falling from her eyes. She was having a hard time breathing and the ache in her chest hurt too much.

"What happened in the last six years, for my daughter to call someone else mom?" she painfully asked out loud to the empty room.

55

"Ishika let me introduce you to Sanyukta," Randhir said proudly, "I know you've met her before, but it's been six years."

"Sure," Ishika said with a smile.

Randhir looked around, but Sanyukta had disappeared. Where was she?

"Where's mom?" Randhir asked Somya.

Somya shrugged, and took Ishika's hand.

"Mom, let's watch TV!" Somya said excitedly. "Come with me!"

Ishika nodded and followed Somya to her room, as Randhir was left to look for Sanyukta. Where had she gone? They had all left half-eaten plates on the table.

Randhir entered their room and saw her lying on the bed, her face buried in the pillow. He locked the door behind him and approached her quietly.

"Sanyukta," he murmured, sitting down next to her and rubbing her back.

"Go away," she croaked and he knew she had been crying.

Could it be that Ishika's entry into his house made Sanyukta feel insecure? He stroked the back of her head gently, causing her to tremble. She finally turned around and lifted her head before placing it on his lap.

"Why is she calling Ishika her mom?" Sanyukta asked painfully.

"Ishika's known her since she was young, so she just calls her mom... she doesn't mean it," Randhir told her softly. "Don't worry Sanyukta, she only considers you her mom."

"And you? Why did she hug you?" Sanyukta asked, feeling an ache in her heart.

"As a friend! Now don't tell me that friends don't hug each other," he murmured softly.

"I guess they do," she replied and sighed heavily, more tears falling from her eyes. "I just... I don't like it. You're mine Randhir. All mine."

Then she sat up on the bed and threw her arms around his neck, pulling herself onto his lap in the process.

"I'm only yours," he murmured softly into her ear. "I promise."

"I... I... can't lose you again," she choked, "Not you or Somya."

"You won't," he murmured, stroking her back gently, and kissing the top of her head. "I promise, we won't go anywhere."

"I love you," she cried. "Randhir, please don't ever leave me."

"I love you too," he told her sincerely, continuing to rub her back to soothe her. "I won't ever leave you."

"I - I'll die this time," she croaked, "I c - can't live without you two anymore."

"Shhh nothing will happen," he whispered. "I'm telling you, nothing will happen."

"B - but you said that last time too Randhir," she said painfully, and he felt a bullet to his heart as she reminded him of the broken promises from years ago.

56
When Sanyukta came out of Randhir's room, feeling a little better, she went straight into Somya's room to tell her to do her homework. As soon as she opened the door though, she saw her daughter laughing with the lady she called her mom.

"Oh Sanyukta!" Ishika gasped, "Hi! It's been so long."

"Hi," Sanyukta replied, forcing a smile. "How are you?"

"I'm good... how have you been? I'm so happy that you're back!" she said happily, and then touched Somya's shoulder softly. "I'm so glad Somya's mother is back."

Then she got up and walked up to Sanyukta before touching her shoulder and gazing towards the door with her eyes, indicating that she wanted to talk to her.

Once they left Somya's room and Ishika closed the door behind them, Sanyukta looked at Ishika with a confused expression on her face. What did she want to talk to her about?

"Sanyukta I can't express my happiness enough," Ishika said with a smile, "Randhir was so miserable all of these years. If he didn't have Somya, I don't know what would have happened to him. Even then, he would remain dejected and he would always think about you... there wasn't a time when you would leave his mind."

Sanyukta forced herself to smile, not sure what Ishika's intentions were behind telling her all of this. She knew her husband missed her. She missed her husband too... she didn't need to hear it from a third person. Was she trying to make her feel bad?

"Thanks Ishika," Sanyukta said coolly. "I would love to chat, but I have to get my daughter started on her homework."

Sanyukta made sure to emphasize that Somya was her daughter.

"Yeah sure... I'll just be downstairs," Ishika said with a polite smile, and Sanyukta went back into Somya's room.

Randhir on the other hand, saw Ishika sitting on the sofa downstairs and he sat beside her.

"I love her so much," Randhir said with a dreamy sigh.

"I know... you couldn't hide it for one day during these six years," Ishika teased. "At least you're being open about it now."

He smiled widely as he glanced up and saw Sanyukta coming down the stairs to join them.

"Ishika do you want anything to eat or drink?" Sanyukta asked formally.

"No I'm okay. I'll head out soon. I just wanted to come and say hi," Ishika told Sanyukta. "It was nice meeting you after so long!"

"Yes, for sure," Sanyukta forcefully said and Randhir looked at her suspiciously - if there was one person who would know when she was forcing her words, it would be Randhir.

"Keep in touch," Ishika said, standing up then she smiled at Randhir widely, causing Sanyukta's insides to boil with anger. "Bye."

As soon as Ishika left, Sanyukta started to fume.

"Who does she think she is?" she muttered under her breath.

"What's wrong?" Randhir asked, confused, holding her shoulders comfortingly.

"I don't like her! She was trying to make me feel bad for leaving!" Sanyukta responded, irritated.

"Sanyukta she's not like that. You're misunderstanding," Randhir said softly, wrapping his arms around her waist, causing Sanyukta to forget all about Ishika for a moment.

"Randhir, don't get started here," Sanyukta warned. "What if Somya comes down? Or the servants see?"

He placed his index finger on her lips causing her lips to tremble.

"Let's go into our bedroom," he murmured with a smile.

"Now?" she asked, feeling her knees fall weak, "Why don't we wait until tonight?"

"Now," he demanded, "But later too."

"No!" Sanyukta refused. "Somya, what if she needs -"

"You want me to kiss you right here?" he threatened, glancing down at her lips, and rubbing the bottom of her lower lip seductively with his thumb.

Sanyukta gasped.

"Randhir!" she said sternly.

"Okay, I guess I have no choice," he murmured, and brought his lips closer to hers, but Sanyukta grabbed his shirt tightly.

"Upstairs," she demanded, giving in, and feeling a faint blush creep up on her cheeks, "Now!"

"As you wish darling," he said with a smirk, and laced his fingers through hers, while she felt the familiar butterflies attack her stomach again. "Let's go."
57

Somya opened up to Sanyukta in the next three weeks and Randhir and Sanyukta spent many memorable moments together.

Sanyukta called her boss and explained her situation - she told him that she met her daughter and her husband after so long, and now she wanted to stay back for them. He sounded a bit disappointed but he told her he understood. She had to return to Canada to complete a few formalities before she returned to India for good though.

"It's just for maybe a week or two," Sanyukta told Randhir, as she lay in bed next to him at night, lacing her fingers though his. "I'll be back soon. Parth and I will go, I'll take care of all my property there and then I'll come back to you forever."

"Sanyukta, I don't know why I feel scared," he confessed, squeezing her hand. "It is like my heart beats faster and I start to sweat nervously at the thought of you leaving."

"You'll just miss me," Sanyukta told him reassuringly, "But I'll be back before you know it - if we can spend six years apart, what is one or two more weeks?"

"But Sanyukta, it's not just that! I... I can't explain it. I have a bad feeling," he explained. "Do you have to go? Can't all of that be taken care of from here?"

"I have to go Randhir. I made a living there for six years, I have to go and close things," she told him softly. "Please understand."

"I do," he replied, "I don't like it... but if that's what you have to do then I won't stop you."

"Thank you," she said, squeezing his hand reassuringly. "Now don't be so gloomy otherwise Somya won't like it."

"She'll miss you," Randhir told her.

"She still hasn't called me her mom directly," Sanyukta replied with a sigh.

"It's okay," he told her, caressing the back of her hand with his thumb. "She will soon. She's come a long way in accepting you."

"I guess," Sanyukta agreed, then leaned further into him, her head resting on his chest comfortably. "I'll miss her too."

"And me?" he asked softly.

"Are you jealous of the love I have for my daughter?" Sanyukta asked with a smirk, glancing up at him.

"Maybe a little bit. You shower her with kisses and I get nothing," he told her, pretending to feel bad.

"Really?" Sanyukta challenged flirtatiously, then lifted her head and pressed her lips against his jaw. "Where don't I kiss you?"

She felt his fingers wrap around her waist as he smiled.

"I'll show you," he teased, and then pinned her down on the bed as he captured her soft lips with his.

Sanyukta smiled against his lips - she was going to miss this in the few weeks that she would be away from him.

58
"Why are you going?" Somya asked with a pout, one morning as she was helping her mom prepare breakfast. "Do you have to go?"

"Yes sweetheart, I do," Sanyukta said with a sad smile as she handed three plates to Somya to set the table with. "I will come back soon though."

"But... but dad will miss you," Somya said, trying not to admit that she would miss her too.

"I'll miss your dad too," Sanyukta responded.

Somya bit on her lower lip as she went to set the table and Sanyukta flipped the pancake she was making. Once Somya came back, she tugged on Sanyukta's arm.

"Yes sweetheart?" Sanyukta asked softly.

"Even if I ask you to stay, you won't stay?" Somya asked her, and Sanyukta could hear the agitation in her voice.

"I wish I could, but I have to take care of some things there... once I get all of that dealt with, I can come and live with you for good," Sanyukta told Somya seriously.

"Can I come with you?" Somya then asked, and Sanyukta looked at her with surprise.

"You want to come with me?" Sanyukta repeated, having a hard time believing that Somya just said those words.

"Yes. I have never gone outside India," Somya responded, and Sanyukta smiled, knowing that it was an excuse... Somya just didn't want to be apart from her.

"How about your daddy? Won't he miss you?" Sanyukta asked Somya. "Won't you miss him?"

"Ummm... yes... I guess," Somya said with a loud sigh, "But... but I've been with him for all my life! I want to spend time with you."

"Me? Why?" Sanyukta asked, getting more surprised with how open her daughter was being today.

"I don't know," Somya admitted. "I will feel bad if you go."

Sanyukta smiled and turned off the stove as she carried the cooked pancakes to the dining table, with Somya following her. As Sanyukta filled the plates that Somya had set up neatly with pancakes, she heard footsteps approach them.

"Good morning," Randhir greeted, as he sat down on his spot.

"Daddy, can I go with... with... with her?" Somya asked, hesitating to say the word mom.

"Go where baby?" Randhir asked, as Sanyukta and Somya both took their seats.

"Canada," Somya replied. "I want to go."

"Why?" Randhir asked, frowning.

"I will feel sad," Somya said with a pout, and Randhir caught Sanyukta's eye, trying to silently ask her what they had been talking about before he came downstairs.

"But why will you feel sad baby?" Randhir asked his daughter. "Is she that special to you that you would leave your daddy to go with her?"

Sanyukta almost glared at him for saying it that way, but she calmed down after realizing that he was perhaps trying to get a confession out of Somya.

"Obviously I'll feel sad daddy! And she's just as special to me as you are! She is my mom!" Somya responded, irritated that everyone was asking her so many questions.

Then her mouth opened to form an o-shape as she realized what had just come out.

"M - mom?" Sanyukta repeated, in shock, feeling her heart warm up.

Somya looked down and stuffed her mouth with a piece of pancake and Sanyukta smiled. Just like Randhir, she did whatever it took to avoid answering questions.

"Yeah she is your mom," Randhir replied coolly, as if nothing had happened, "But I'm your dad and I'll miss you."

"But I'll miss her!" Somya responded with her mouth full.

"Somya don't talk with your mouth full. How many times do I have to tell you not to?" Sanyukta scolded.

"Sorry," Somya responded with her mouth full again, but after realizing, she covered her mouth with her hands.

Sanyukta nearly giggled at her innocent mistake and Randhir smiled too. Somya finally finished swallowing and then glared at her father.

"Daddy why don't you come along too then? The three of us can go!" she asked.

"I would love to go Somya, but your daddy has a lot of work here, and your mommy has a lot of work there. There's nobody to take care of you there, and you can't miss so much school," Randhir decided. "You can't go."

Somya groaned.

"I just want to be with my mom!" Somya responded stubbornly. "Mommy please convince daddy!"

This time, Somya realized that she called Sanyukta mom, and didn't bother to cover it up.

"I guess if she wants to come, she could," Sanyukta told Randhir softly.

"What? Are you serious? No way! She isn't missing two weeks of school," Randhir replied.

Sanyukta sighed.

"Somya your dad is right. Two weeks of school is a long time to miss. I'll go and be back before you know it," Sanyukta said reassuringly.

"Whatever," Somya grumbled dramatically, "If my parent's don't love me then I can't do anything!"

Sanyukta was going to say something in response, but Randhir caught her eye and shook his head, causing her to keep silent.

"Hurry up baby or you'll be late for school," was all Randhir said instead as Somya angrily stuffed another piece of her pancake into her mouth.

59
Another week passed, and the day for Sanyukta to leave was slowly approaching.

That morning when she woke up, she kissed Randhir on the cheek.

"Randhir can you take me to Parth's place? All my stuff from before I came here is still there," she murmured into his ear.

She could go with the driver... but she wanted to spend time with her husband.

"Yeah yeah don't worry," he responded groggily, then took her hand and pulled her down on top of him. "Sleep."

Sanyukta let herself enjoy the moment where she was lying on her husband's chest. She didn't know what she would do from tomorrow until she returned. Would she even be able to sleep without him anymore?

After a few moments, she forced herself to wake up so she could spend some time with Somya.

When she got Somya ready for school that day, an ache formed in her heart... she wouldn't get to do this for another few weeks. Somya had tears in her eyes too, as if she was thinking the same thing.

They both remained silent though.

Even breakfast was prepared in silence.

It was only when Randhir arrived that he broke the silence.

"I'll drop both of you then go to work. But I'm taking a half day, so I'll pick you up after Sanyukta," Randhir explained as he started to have his breakfast.

"Half day? Why?" Sanyukta asked surprised.

"Just because I feel like it," he replied coolly.

"Can I take a half day too?" Somya asked, sounding dejected.

"No!" Randhir replied right away.

"Somya, you and I will watch a movie tonight okay?" Sanyukta asked softly.

"Okay!" Somya said brightly.

Soon they finished having their breakfast and they both got ready to leave. First Randhir and Sanyukta dropped Somya to school, then Randhir took her to the place she stayed at with Parth.

He squeezed her hand reassuringly as she was about to leave.

"I'll be back in a few hours," he told her softly. "Don't rush. I'll see you soon."

"Okay," she replied softly, and then she opened the door to get out.

As she entered the house, she suddenly felt sick and she didn't know why.
60
Sanyukta ignored the feeling and started to walk upstairs to the bedroom, when she nearly bumped into Parth.

"Hey," he said with a smile.

"Sorry," she responded, embarrassed. "I just came here to get my stuff."

"Yeah, no problem," Parth replied. "Are you all packed for tomorrow?"

"Almost," she replied, then looked down, feeling sad at the thought of leaving. "I guess I'm just sad about leaving Randhir and Somya. I'm going to miss them... they're my life. Anyways, let me finish packing and then we can chat."

"Sure. Do you need any help?" he asked, but she shook her head.

"No, I'm fine," she replied. "I'll come down once I pack."

Parth turned around and left as she entered her room. Everything was left exactly how she had left it four weeks ago. As she began to pack her stuff, her eyes filled with tears again at the prospect of leaving. She didn't want to leave her family and go anywhere.

After an hour, she had finally finished.

She kept her suitcases by the doorway to her room, and asked one of the servants to lift them downstairs.

Sanyukta then went to the living room and saw that Parth was sitting on the couch, watching TV.

"Hey," Sanyukta said, and he immediately turned off the TV and stood up. "I'm done."

"Let's sit on the table and chat," he replied, and then asked one of the maids to make two cups of tea.

They sat in silence next to each other until the tea arrived.

"You aren't alone when you go there," Parth reminded her as he took a sip of his tea, "I'm with you."

"I know," she replied gloomily, her hands wrapped around her cup of tea, "But Randhir and Somya are my life... I feel like I'm leaving my life behind."

Then she felt tears well up in her eyes and stood up, feeling embarrassed to be crying in front of Parth. It wasn't that she hadn't cried in front of him before - she had. She used to cry all the time in front of him. He was the only support she had for the last six years, always like an older brother to her. She just didn't want to burden him with her feelings.

"S - sorry," she said through her tears, and then turned to go away, but Parth stood up and caught her arm from behind.

"Hey," he said softly, turning her around and wiping her tears with the tips of his fingers. "Don't cry. You'll be back soon."

"I - I can't help it," she sobbed.

He wrapped his arms around her body and held her to him comfortingly, as she continued to cry.

It was at that time that Randhir walked in and his eyes landed on the two of them.
61
"Sanyukta?" Randhir called out, concerned.

She broke herself away from Parth and ran to her husband before throwing her arms around him and sobbing against his chest. She was hugging him like a child who was being separated from their mother.

"I don't want to go," she sobbed. "Randhir I don't want to leave you and go anywhere."

He rubbed her back comfortingly and she pressed herself against him further, as fresh tears poured out of her eyes and fell on his shirt.

"I love you," she sobbed. "I love you so much... I'll die."

"I know you love me a lot," Randhir murmured. "I love you a lot too."

"I don't care about everything there. I'm not going," Sanyukta decided, breaking the embrace and wiping her tears with the back of her hand. "I am not leaving!"

"Sanyukta don't be silly. It'll become a legal matter if you leave everything there," Randhir said sternly, and held her shoulders.

Parth approached the two of them and folded his arms.

"He's right," Parth said to Sanyukta. "You can go and take care of everything. It'll be done in a few weeks. It won't take years Sanyukta."

Sanyukta continued to sob uncontrollably.

"Parth, promise me you'll take care of her," Randhir said, taking Sanyukta's hand in his and rubbing it with his thumb.

"I promise," Parth replied. "She won't feel alone for even a moment."

Randhir smiled appreciatively at Parth.

"Come Sanyukta. Let's go home... we still need to finish packing," he informed her and she nodded slowly.

"I'll see you at the airport tomorrow," she told Parth through her tears, her heart aching at the prospect of leaving.

Parth then asked one of the servants to load the suitcases in the trunk of Randhir's car and he followed them out. Randhir helped Sanyukta sit in the front of the car and then went to speak with Parth.

"She'll be fine... but in case of anything, just be there," Randhir told Parth.

"Of course. That isn't something to ask. I'll always be there for her," Parth replied to Randhir. "She was able to live six years without you Randhir. It's only at the moment of separation that it's the hardest... but once she goes there, she'll get better."

"Maybe," Randhir replied, concerned, "But she is so attached now... when she left six years ago, she wasn't crying like this."

"That's because she was strong then. Now that she's back with you, she has fallen weak," Parth told him bluntly, and Randhir felt a blow to his stomach. "Anyways, I'll see you later. I have to pack too."

Then Parth disappeared into his house and Randhir sat inside his car and turned on the engine, Parth's words replaying in his head.
62
Once they got home and entered their bedroom, Sanyukta clung to him like never before. Randhir pulled her body off his before sitting on his bed, his feet touching the ground, dragging her down on his lap in the process.

She buried her face in his neck and he felt her wet tears on his skin. He rubbed her back soothingly, as she started to hiccup.

"Be strong Sanyukta," he said softly, "Don't tell me your love for me is making you weak."

She pulled away from him and glared into his eyes with her wet ones.

"Weak?" she asked, sounding offended. "How can you even say that? My love for you only made me strong."

She got off his lap and placed her hands on her hips, glaring at him and Randhir smiled softly to himself, loving it when she got mad.

"If I wasn't strong, do you think that I could even love you? Maybe the outside world thinks it's weak to love, to forgive, to forget, but I know Randhir, I know how much I had to go through to get this strength!" she said angrily. "I was weak six years ago when I left you. I was running away from my problems. I wasn't able to face them, that was why I left. I couldn't handle a few bad words which were said about me... I claimed to love you... and somewhere I did, but I only understood true love when I came back."

Her eyes filled with tears again and she sniffled, as Randhir felt his heart ache at her confession.

"True love is when you're strong enough to stay, to fight, to not give up. The world will call you weak if you do that, but if you love with all your heart, you won't care what the world says. You won't give up! Whether the world turns upside down or right side up, you won't budge. That's true love," she told him through her tears. "And that's when you're the strongest... you can only love truly when you're strong. Not when you're weak. Not when you care about your own ego more than your love for the other person."

Then she wiped her tears with her hands angrily.

"Why am I explaining this to you? I don't want to talk to you now!" she said, frustrated, and Randhir couldn't help a small smile form on his lips.

She was so cute.

"Come here Farzi," he said softly, and her mouth dropped open as she saw the playful glint in his eyes.

"What's wrong with you?" she asked angrily, "I'm serious and here you're teasing me?"

She walked up to him angrily and pushed him on the chest hard, so he fell backwards on the bed, but he grabbed her arm on time, pulling her down with him.

As her body fell on top of his, her heart started to beat loudly, matching the sound of his heartbeats.

Her hand rested on his chest, and her hair fell over his face.

"I love you," he whispered to her.

"I love you too," she replied, as he turned her over on the bed so that he was on top of her.

Then he placed his lips over hers and kissed her softly. When he broke the kiss and was pulling away from her, she grabbed his shirt with her hand and dragged him back down, capturing his lips with hers hungrily and attacking his mouth with her tongue.

She moaned even before her tongue made contact with his.

"Someone's turned on," he muttered.

"Shut up and kiss me," she demanded.

"Is that all?" he asked playfully, breaking the kiss.

"Love me like you never have before. I challenge you," she replied.

"Challenge accepted," he murmured, and closed the gap between their mouths again.

His wet lips playfully tugged on her bottom lip, causing her insides to fill with desire. She pushed her lips against his, fighting him for control... she didn't think she could handle too much of his teasing today.

His hands had already slipped inside her kurti, his fingers brushing against the soft skin of her stomach, as his legs were on either side of her body. Her fingers were hard at work, opening the buttons of his shirt.

As their tongues fought a silent war, she felt his hands brush over her chest, causing her to shiver with desire. He turned them both over on the bed so that she was on top of him, his shirt falling off in the process. He unclasped her bra from underneath her kurti, and immediately grabbed both of her breasts.

Her lips left his and attacked his neck instead, showering kisses all over. As she licked the front of his neck, where his Adam's apple was, he trembled with desire. He loved it when she did that.

His fingers brushed over her hardened nipples as she sat up on his crotch. She then pulled her kurti up over her head and allowed her bra to fall off.

"So sexy," he told her with awe and she smirked, leaning back over him and pressing her lips urgently against his.

He turned them over on the bed again so he could attack her body with his mouth. He started by planting wet kisses along her jawline, then moving down her neck, pausing to bite her favourite places... then finally, he trailed kisses down into the valley between her breasts, before moving off path and licking her breasts, causing a soft moan to escape from her lips.

As his tongue swirled around one of her nipples, and one of his hands gently played with her other breast, she moaned again. His free hand went down to her pants, and he slipped it inside, rubbing the extreme wetness that had built up down there.

His lips found her other breast as her nails dug deep into his shoulder, urging him on.

"Aaah," she moaned, her body trembling with pleasure.

He removed his hand from inside her pants and lifted his body off hers, before using both of his hands to slide her pants down. She didn't hesitate, in fact, she helped him take them off, leaving her in her panties.

Randhir was so turned on that he was ready to take her right there... but he wanted to devour her slowly, he wanted to send her over the edge and wanted her to feel all the pleasure possible.

His lips found her navel and he sucked on it as she arched her back, loving the feeling of his wet lips so close to the area she wanted him at. Her hands found his hair and she pulled softly.

"Mhmmm," he let out as his tongue slid down her navel, towards the top of her panties.

"Oh Randhir," she said pleadingly, "Please come inside me now."

"Soon," he told her, having a hard time keeping himself sane right now.

He pulled down her panties, exposing her completely. He rubbed his fingers against her wetness, before sliding his middle finger inside. She bit down on her lip, stifling a moan as he slid his index finger in as well, and his thumb worked to expertly rub her outside.

"Oh f**k," she cried, as he pleasured her.

Then when his mouth joined his fingers her heart started to beat even more rapidly and she trembled more than before.

"Randhir oh f**k... oh... Randhir!" she cried again, going insane as he continued to pleasure her. "I'm coming!"

"Come," he groaned against her soft spot. "Come for me."

His tongue slid deeper into her folds as her whole body went stiff and she had an orgasm. The taste of her orgasm made him lose control. He removed his fingers from inside her and slid up her body, pressing his lips against hers hungrily, sucking on every part of her mouth that he had access to.

Randhir slid himself inside her, holding her hips while she cried out with pleasure again and he moaned. He rocked his hips hard and thrust into her from on top as she pressed up against him, wanting more and more of him.

"I'm coming," she said, out of breath, as he thrust deeper and harder into her.

As soon as he felt her body tense up again, he couldn't get a hold of himself. He released himself into her, her fingers digging deep into his back.

"That was amazing," she said, after he pulled out and fell on the bed beside her, his heart thumping loudly.

She rested her head on his chest and he smiled, taking deep breaths to calm down and bring himself back to reality after experiencing an extremely blissful state with Sanyukta.

"It was," he finally managed to say, his face flushed and his body covered with sweat. "You are amazing."

"I love you," she told him, pulling her body on top of his.

"I love you too," he replied with a smile as his arms wrapped around her, and he stroked her body lovingly.

That evening, after the three of them watched a Disney movie together and had pizza, Somya's favourite, Sanyukta put her daughter to sleep, then went to join Randhir in their bedroom.

Fresh tears filled her eyes again at the thought of leaving, but Randhir wrapped his arms around her immediately, hugging her tightly, almost making her forget the reason behind her sorrow.

Just then, there was a knock on the door and Randhir let go of her as she wiped her tears. He opened the door and was surprised to see a little Somya standing there, dressed in her pyjamas.

"I want to sleep here," Somya said. "I am not sleeping alone!"

"Somya, go to your room and sleep," Randhir replied strictly.

"No, she can sleep here with us," Sanyukta insisted and walked up to her daughter before falling to her knees and hugging her tightly.

Somya's small hands reached up and hugged her mother back.

"Come sweetheart," Sanyukta said, running a hand through Somya's hair. "You can sleep between us."

After letting go of her, Somya ran up to the bed and jumped up on it, before crashing in the middle. Sanyukta closed the door and then took her spot to the left of Somya as Randhir lay down to the right.

Sanyukta began to caress Somya's hairand Randhir caught Sanyukta's eye, but she shook her head, warning him not to say anything.

Soon, Somya's deep breathing filled the room, and Sanyukta was dozing off too, when she felt Randhir's warm hand touch the top of hers.

Her eyes opened and she saw Randhir looking at her with a longing expression. She smiled - if he continued to long for her this much, she didn't know how she could leave him.

"Sanyukta, let's go to the bathroom," he murmured.

"What?" she hissed, "Are you crazy? Go to sleep!"

"Come on... please?" he asked, pouting his lips and she inhaled nervously.

"Somya?" she asked, concerned.

"That's why I said the bathroom," he whispered back. "Come on - don't tell me I won't get to..."

"Okay okay I'm coming!" she replied with a defeated sigh and then stood up and pulled the covers up to Somya's chin before following him into the bathroom.

Once they were inside, he locked the door and pinned her against it before he reached up and brushed her jawline with the tips of his fingers softly. She trembled against him, and before he could tease her, he had already succumbed to his strong desires and had captured her soft lips with his, kissing her with so much passion, that she completely forgot about the reason behind her sadness.

As they made love that night in the bathroom, she knew that she had a reason to come back... something that she didn't have six years ago, and this left her with a positive feeling about leaving.

It was almost like rectifying a mistake made previously.
