Honestly speaking I don't like this self-proclaimed genius who is only thinking about the dream team's victory in the International competition.
He pretends to be concerned about his students but I feel his concern is fake.
So far he has only played the role of judging his students, but not taken any steps for motivating them or make them realize their mistakes.
He never tries to understand the psychology of his students, the pain they are going through or the mental pressure they are experiencing.
He only wants to get the things done by his students at any cost and not much interested in giving them anything.
Vardhan was a true mentor who treated all his students like his own children.
He had the quality of sensing when his students were feeling low, would comfort them and always showed them the right path.
Vardhan was like a father figure and ASR is behaving like a boss
Vardhan used to teach his students but ASR only preaches.
It was ASR who expelled Randhir from the team without any reason due to which Randhir made some grave mistakes.
Even after knowing that Randhir conspired against the team he took him back in the team without punishing him.
Because he realized that the team needs Randhir's knowledge and expertise.
Instead he sent him to do another crime of stealing some other team's blueprint
In the present scenario also he could have talked to Randhir and helped him in overcoming his weaknesses.
But what he is doing first prasing Randhir in front of him and then instigating Sanyukta against him.
Also he is only focussed on Sandhir, what they are doing, whatever they are doing is beneficial fot team or not as if other students do not have any rights and responsibilities.
If he had been actually a genius, he would have discovered Vishad's shameful act and planned something to get rid of him because he is the actual threat to the team.
He takes exams, declares who passed it and who failed it and his responsibility is over.
What about the students? Who will guide them so that they pass next time.
He knows only commanding and demanding
