Part 6 (This one is going to be long)
Sanyukta's P.O.V.
"Sanyu, change me" he whispered. I couldn't help but smile. I knew this Randhir. I always had. I knew he just shows this idgaf attitude but inside he's broken. And, also, that he's sick of being like this. I hugged him and whispered into his ear,
"There's no need to change my MCP. I'll just show him that every woman is not the same" I felt his cheek lifting against mine. He was smiling. I smiled, too.
"Sanyu beta! Ab aao bhi!" my mom shouted from downstairs.
Shit! We'd forgotten that below a boy was waiting to meet me.
"Randhir tum jao abhi. I have to go down. Papa ki izzat ka sawaal hai. We'll sort this out" he nodded and went towards the windows. His trademark "door" 😛
I came downstairs, my head hung low, smiling, same as papa wanted. But the reason for my smile was someone else.
"Arrey, mechanic , tum kaha chale gye the?" My groom-to-be's father asked Randhir, coming from our main door. I was confused.
"Mechanic?" My dad asked, confused. Thankfully, my brother wasnt there at the moment. Dad had told him to stay away today. He feared his anger could ruin my "rishta"
"Arrey haan, bhaisaab, vo beech raaste me humari gaadi khrb ho gyi thi to isse le k aaye" uncle said. My dad nodded.
"Tumne btaya nhi?" He asked Randhir, again.
"Arrey kuch nhi uncle" *looked at me* "aas paas ki beauty dekhne gya tha" he said and smiled. I glared, signaling him to look away.
"Acha bhaisaab ye sab chhodhiye. Aesa krte h bacho ko kuch time akele spend krne dete hai" my dad said. Uncle smiled. I saw Randhir's hands turning into fists.
"Sanyu beta, inhe apne kamre me le jao" dad said.
"Ji"
As soon as we entered my room, both of us said, together,
"Mujhe kuch kehna hai"
My eyebrows knotted. Isse kya kehna h? His reaction was the same.
"Uh, you, first" I said.
"Uh, okay. Listen, you're beautiful. You can cook and all. And seriously you're perfect. But you're not made for me. I love someone else. I know you'll be sad to hear this but I'm sorry"
I was so happy to hear this! Mae bhi bach gyi and pappa ki izzat bhi!! I hid my smile.
"Uh, okay, mae samajhti hun. Pyaar bohot hi strong emotion hai. And I fully support you. But meri ek advice hai. Please apne mom dad ko bta do varna bohot ladkiyo ka rishta tumhare saath hote hote tut jayega. Socho unki family ki izzat ka kya hoga?"
"Hmm, I guess, you're right. Thanks"
With this, we came back down again. We looked at each other, then towards our parents and said together
"Humari iss rishte k liye na hai" I saw Randhir smiling from the corner of my eye.
"Kyu? Kyu beta? Tumhe humari Sanyu pasand nhi aayi?" My dad asked.
"Nahi uncle, aesi koi baat nhi hai. Vo actually mae kisi aur se pyaar karta hun"
"Kya? To tumne hume kuch btaya kyu nhi?" Uncle asked.
"Mae dar gya tha dad, mujhe lga aap mujhe kbhi nhi smjhoge"
"aesa nhi hai beta" uncle said, then looked towards my dad "mujhe maaf kriye-"
"Aree nhi nhi bhaisaab. Aesa keh k hume apmanit mat kriye. Bacho ki galti ko maaf krna hi to bda ka kaam h" I couldnt believe that my dad said that.
The family got up to leave. When everyone was bidding their goodbyes, Randhir looked at me. I smiled. He winked at me, and mouthed the words that I'd been dying to listen from him.
"I LOVE YOU"

And infatuated be damned. He was near to being blinded by his attraction to her. He was in love, damn it all. He disliked her, he resented her, he disapproved of almost everything about her, yet he was head over ears in love with her, like a foolish schoolboy. He wondered grimly what he was going to do about it. - Mary Balogh
