Amrit's MAST Macao experience Amrit aka Anuj Sachdev of Sabki Laadli Bebo on STAR Plus had a great time at the recently held STAR Parivaar Awards in Macao.

This was the first time that the awards were held at an International destination and Amrit can't stop talking about the event. Amrit says, "We were very excited when we learnt that STAR Parivaar Awards was going international. Everything right from the location to the management was great. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience." Speaking about his act at the awards he reveals, "I performed on the song Beera from Raavan. I had donned a gunji and had a macho warrior look for my act." But that's not all that he did in Macao. Adventure sports enthusiast Amrit was excited about attempting bungee jumping in Macao. However, he was shocked when he was informed that he would have to do climb the mast on the Macao Tower which is twice as difficult. Amrit explains, "I was informed that the team had planned some adventure sports for us but the actual act was a surprise and revealed last minute. I was shocked when I was informed that I will have to do climb the mast on the Macao Tower which is really high -at a height of 338 meters on a ladder!!! The target was to touch the tip of the tower. I had a cameraman and his assistant along with me but the cameraman got scared and gave up half way. Finally, we somehow managed to shoot it ourselves." The actor is proud that he completed the task even though he suffers from vertigo. Amrit states, "I have a vertigo problem which made the task even tougher for me. Climbing up the tower is manageable but climbing down was really tough. When you look down from that height, anyone would get scared. Even if there is a harness attached, you are hanging in the air- it gives you a fright. I remember after I looked down, I began shivering uncontrollably. Sabki Laadli Bebo comes to an end

Sabki Laadli Bebo is back in news and this time we hear it is shutting shop soon. Reports suggest it is being pulled off for various reasons like the lead actors and their undue demands, low ratings and the channel's latest policy.

Elaborating on this, a source informs, "The channel is now going to opt for finite endings and hence we will be pulling off shows within about two years of its start. No new show will replace the show for the time being and the repeats of Love U Zindagi will be telecast in that time slot."

Another source adds, "The show has not been doing well for the channel and now the decision has been taken to pull it off. The show will be pulled off air by this month-end."

When contacted, actor Anuj Sachdeva had a different story to tell altogether. He says, "I have a contract that gets over this month and which particularly says that I cannot demand anything for the next 12 months so where is the question of demands as reported by a newspaper. I had refused two shows and still wanted to continue with Bebo. I had even requested the production house to use my dates completely and how can anyone claim that I have been demanding things."

We tried our best to contact Shivshakti Sachdeva who plays the title role but she seemed too busy to answer our calls.
