yeah thanx sana. I am on a leave from office. Hence could catch up. I am just too weary that the CV's don't try to repeat the sequences with sakshi suraj -- of hate and then love that happened with vindya again with this pair. Sincerely wish that they don't drag anymore and get their act and wind up the serial without making the audience disinterested. As, the effect that vindya had will stay and this should be reserved to the leads always--vinay and bindya. The scenes of hate and then love have to be faster here than it was with vindya. Since vindya was the lead and stood for pakadwa vivaah, the drag in the time for uniting made sense made sense.

Somehow, the BG score of Sabkid jodi... did not fit on this pair. Maybe I am too nostalgic about vindya.😭

With vindya it was fresh and a first time view. If it gets repeated, I don't think it will help the viewership. The CV's have to concentrate on the purpose--punishing PPW and then get this done fast as otherwise the effect will be lost. The TRP's also at present is just 1.1 even lower than Pratha which is at 1.3. Hope this post-leap part is story-oriented and moves faster.

@ Anu: U are right.. Friday's episode was good but I still missed Richa in it..

@ Shan: You know.. When I heard BVD Theme music on Suraj & Sakshi, I was a bit shook up too. Like I said before, I was reminded of Vinay & Bindiya sans guns there.. Yes, its not the same as VinDiya.. They were and are the soul of the show.. and the theme might not have been as effective but I didn't mind it. I just love hearing the wonderful background scores in the show. I also think that with bvd theme, we relate a forced marriage and VinDiya's image automatically come to our minds. And rightly so.. But Suraj-Sakshi's marriage is not a willful one at some level and a forced one at another.. So the variables are different there and perhaps that's why the bvd theme song doesn't sit well with the new couple's image. However, I do understand where u're coming from.. & do agree with your thoughts too :))

I heard someone mention that the track from "beta" movie is going to be the focus here.. where Anil's wife reminds him of how evil his step parents are and how he needs to get close to his real ones.. So I hope that not a lot of time is wasted on Suraj-Sakshi's relationship. Misunderstandings should get cleared away soon and they should be able to carry on with their relationship ahead so that Sakshi can enable Suraj to see past his hatred for his mother and realize how evil PPW has been all throughout the years.. I am eagerly waiting for that track btw :))

I miss watching Richa these days. Pre-leap, we'd see her in almost every frame of the episode and post-leap, its a miracle to see her in episode at al. I realize that the focus is not on her right now but still, I miss her.. But TRPs seem to be staying over 1 now for BVD.. As far as Pratha's concerned, the show's new and all and with new shows and a fresh story, TRPs are usually high, esp when the likes of good actors are in the show... I did catch a few episodes and found that dialogues good but the pace of the show a bit slow and the romance to be a little worn down since the leads are shown in love already! Anyhow, Vishal seems to be enjoying himself a lot with the new show so all the best to him.. I miss him as Vinay but I am happy watching BVD with Richa :D

Btw, can't wait for Purva's entry.. Looks like the CVs are looking for the right girl and the right moment to cash on her entry.. Can't wait as she's supposed to be a replica of Bindiya :D

I also hope we get to 'Suraj meeting his mom' track soon... Had shivers when I saw PPW tell herself that she will not allow Suraj to get close to Sakshi, and that she will achieve what she set to achieve😲

God knows what she means by that. What is PPW's aim? To get Sakshi for her son, or to make sure Bindiya's son suffers all his life?

Just hope the CVs dont drag BVD-part 2 for weeks with Sakshi suffering bcos of PPW! We hav seen what PPW is capable of, with Bindiya and Poonam. We now need to see what PPW is not capable of.

PPW is the lead of BVD- no two ways abt it. Sad but true. The story revolves around her. It should have revolved around Bindiya.

@ Scholar Ji: I think PPW wants to break apart both Suraj-Sakshi and Ratan-his wife's relationships so as to get Ratan married off to Sakshi eventually.. U know how her evil mind works, rite? We have seen it first hand with Bindiya & Vinay earlier and now the history is simply repeating itself ;))

But yes, she seems to share much more screen space than her counterparts these days.. Quite an interesting thought that she is in fact the lead of the show *hehehe*

This Ratan needs to change his expressions. he has the same one for quite some time now.

@ Scholar ji: I reckon u're digging Prem's character way too much *lol* Yep, can't wait for his entry back into the house. The lady playing the role of Kamini is a very good actress too btw.. Have seen her work in DMG before ;))

Btw.. Is it me or does Sakshi look a lot like Vinay's mom in facial features and expressions? I was watching their suhaag raat scene and OMG!! The resemblance there is uncanny when u take a look at the close-up shots of her as a bride.. Is she somehow related to the actress playing Vinay's mom's role? I won't be surprised if she is ;))

Ratan's wife just makes me go.. Aww... Such a sweetie pie!!

@ Scholar Ji: I watched it briefly. I will write detailed written update later tonight but the gist is that Sakshi takes Ratan's wife to Ratan's room despite her telling her not to do so.. And then she leaves. Ratan comes in later and poor girl gets so scared that she runs and stumbles across a servant who dropped a glass on the floor.. She keeps running and her feet are cut because of the broken glass.. Sakshi follows..stops her to do her first-aid and PPW enters then too.. Ratan tells PPW to keep this girl away from his room. PPW takes his wife away from Sakshi and then drops her off in cowshed and threatens her some more.. I dont get why Sakshi didn't see PPW taking Ratan's wife back to the cowshed.. Have to watch again to figure that part out. Thats what happened today ;)

It's just BVD style... Sakshi will see PPW take Ratan's wife to the cowshed but that will be one month later:)
