why can't the just divorce?

Why cant they just get a divorce or an annulement because it was done against their will. they could file a case or something as this marriage might be legal. after this bindiya should never go live with her family, I can't believe anyone would do that to their sister or daughter😒.

Well ... this is the only way this serial can move forward ..... as they have already decided it's a story about forced marriages .....

Then 'nother reason is ...... Bindiya's brother & mother dont really want her to return ...... they have well and trully emotionally blackmailed her to stay put in this farce of a marriage ......

So ...... that's the way the story will proceed .... unfortunately for us .... and Bindiya !!!!

The problem is as Vinay's father mentioned the person behind Bindiya's back standing for her is her brother & local goon Pappu Bhaiya. If they do any such thing they might harm their family members or destroy them financially so they need to put each them very carefully.
