Maybe BNPR was involved in a road traffic accident when Dharam accidently ran him over and mangled his face and affected his brain function so as Dharam is so rich he used the best surgeons and technology to repair big nose pervert robot. They implanted a robot chip in him to make his brain function again - unfortunately they could not erase the perverted part of his brain and now he pours water on innocent women's sari blouses to see if they become see through or not.

As for BNPRs face that was mangled in the accident the best the surgeons could do was use the substitute trunk of an elephant and try to mould it to a human shape - unfortunately they failed. Now BNPR is left looking like the mess that he is and he has come to the Suryavanshi house for revenge from Dharam.

they are focusing on Dheera a bit more the last few days and it's obvious they are building up to a big Dheera track (unless my imagination is being overactive now).
