Just read that thread. Same question! FIL is like Dad, So Vidya's dad means Meera's dad. 😆 Horrible!

It's just all to much restrictions for me. Even if there is someone like Dheera in real life I wouldn't this much. Instead of thinking about the happiness, I feel people care more about the label.

But you'll see this everywhere. If someone changes the norm drastically like Dheera then there will always be people who object to it. If someone is different then all the attention will go to them :/
