Here is Part 8

PART 8

Dharam was covering the area of his room relentlessly...his boy was at school, and wife with some friend who has been hospitalised, with nothing else to do he was continuously pacing about his room, but what was funny that he was never an impatient man...though a little short on Temper , but never impatient, his experience with theatre had taught him a thing or two about patience, that's what he believed until now...

Today he just couldn't gather patience...generally he would enjoya his week off by watching his favourite classics, reading some fav authors...and sleeping...but today whatever of the above said he tried to do ...his thoughts would eventually shift to the chirpie little co-star of his.

He would think what meera would be doing in breaks...What all scenes wd she be shooting today...what had she brought for lunch...how would she react to his absence ...she would ask him that during there regular sessions of whatsapps and snapchats in the evening ...

This was there new thing, which was slowly setting into an old routine now...Once they would leave set for their home , they would still miss each other's company and hence ...they figured out another way to stay connected ...Which was the social media...

After Having his dinner, and Playing/talking with his boy a bit...Dharam would go to Guest bedroom ...which was these days his bedroom...to "Read out scenes" as he would tell his wife

Then Within the confines of his room he and meera would gossip, laugh bnter...possibly on evry socil media possible be it Insta...they would share pics Editing/Re-editing it...be it Facebook or /twitter they would Tag Each other in Silly posts...they would Do snapchat stories...and almost regularly Meera would also read /write to him most of the fan comments on dheera...she would go wild and hysterical discussing all the progresses in various Dheera FanFictions ; tthat was her favourite part...and occasionally they would also discuss and practice their scenes and do other work related Struff. But never did she ever enquired about his personal life...and nor did he ever mentioned...though he always felt a pang of guilt in not telling her about his family

The Door bell Rang and dharam was pulled out of his reverie...he opened the door and found his son waiting on the door with the Driver...Finally he was relieved that now his mind would get somewhere other than meera.

Dharam: heyy big boy how was your day...

Rohan : Daddy ...wow ...your home...yaayy we will play a lot

Dharam : we sure will my baby...chlo first lets eat something

And how time passed and evening arrived he didn't notice

Meera on the other hand reached home less chirpier than usual days...but she was happy that she now will have look at all the Fan arts...edits and F.F...which was her usual routine , before talking to Dharam...bt she would talk to him a little late than usual ...For she was annoyed with him for his surprise off.

She switched on her laptop and strt reading her current favourite FF...she ws becoming more and more engrossed in these fanfics...unconcisly blurring the lines between Her real and Reel life...She would become happy if the story end on a happy note...she would cry if it had Tragic note,...she couldnot understand wat was happening to her...

She switched off the laptop and started watching a snapchat video she created... ...that was her personal favourite used to lift her mood like a sunshine. It had Dharam ...on Sets Pulling her nose...and she crying fake tears...and on that...lovely comments of Fans.

But today even tht cudnt make meera's day...she was missing dharam so much already...so decided to forget her promise of making him wait...and Quickly whatsapped Dharam to come on to Skype...

Dharam's Phone Pings;

Dharam: Meera is on skype in 5...Rohan beta chalo ab fatafat...brush karke go to bed

Rohan: papa ...thodi der aur

Dharam: No beta...its already way past your bed time...chalo ...aur papa ko apne room mein jaakar scene bhi reherse krne hai; chalo lets go

Dharam , in the privacy of his room, then opens his Laptop with great enthusiasm

Dhaaram : how is my favourite co-star on Earth doing??

Meera: What favourite ...:Pls haan ..."D" dnt think I am gonna forgive you for what you did today??

Dharam: arey mene kya kia...??

Meera : aise bina bataye kaun off leta hai...pata mujhe laga tha aaj hum dheera Rom-com scenes shoot karenge ...I was so excited

Dhaaram : hmmm...kya karu meri w...I mean mujhe kuch zaruri kaam aa gaya tha...par ab kal toh tumhara off hota hai?? Ab hmm shooting ke liye parso rukna padega...

Meer a: nahi wo mene decide kia ki iss week mein koi off nahi lungi...next week hi lungi Tuesday ko

Dharam : haha...lagta hai mere bina tumhara mann nhi lagega ghar par off wale din hai na?? tum kisko bore karogi...kiska dimag khaogi...ur next week Tuesday off...tumhe pata chala gaya ki mera off bhi tbhi hai??

Meera : haha very funny D, you give yourself too much importance...mai off is liye nai le rai...so that I can take two offs in future , when I need...and As for Tuesday ...wo toh mujhe siddhivinayak temple jana hai

Dharam : arey wo toh mai bhi jaata hu...every Tuesday...toh done...sath mein challenge

The moment he said that...meera's face light up ...as if zillion starts were shining on her roof

Meera : Ok done ...acha D dekho kal na set par Star news wale aayenge...to capture our segment...so you better talk good things about...and also tommorow would be major dheera sequence so get prepared

Dharam : Haaan haan I know about the sequence...and as for that news segment(He feigns Seriousness) I would only say the truth that how irritating you are...I don't lie you see.

Meera : acha ji... I am irritaiting ...ab mai batati hu aapko...

Their conversation is interfared by A knock on door

Priya : Dharam are you there...kissse baatein kar rahe ho

Dharam : Meera I have to go...someone's on the door

HE abruptly offs the laptop

Priya (entering the room) : who was that...mujhe awaaz aa rahi thi ...Of a girl??

Dharam : haan wo meri co-star hai...we were rehersing script

Priya: aaj kal bohot reherse karte...wo bhi alone...behind closed doors

Dharam : so...?? I am a method actor...does that bother you..?? or I am happy with my work that's what bothering you

Priya : ohh ! please...what do I care... I just came to say that I am going to sleep don't disrtub me

With that she left...and dharam also went to bed...over burden with what he thought as Guilt , fear of the unkown ...What would Fate have for him in future??

As fate would have it ...will happen...and he could only wait to face it as and when... was his last thought...before he drifted in to an uneasy Sleep.

Wow I love the way you brought social media into the story and the guilt Dharam feels. So Meera doesn't know he's married???

To be honest i was to post tomorrow...then i saw your little smiley there posted in Sunday...it really got me embarrassed for not keeping my word..😆😆.did the trick...and i posted today 😃😳
