Another relative of Gopi's has become negative. This time it's her mother. Madhuben is only pretending to be weak and frail. In reality, she has entered Modi Bhavan with this girl (Sona or Sonal, whatever her name is) so that she can teach Kokila a lesson. The girl is angry that Madhu slapped her in front of everyone.
