For me I can still live with age difference, but the way it turned out, she had to marry her sister's father in law...😲.. did not go well with me at all... And also Dharam is not a gentleman to treat women nicely.. Firstly he used to hit his own wife (from what Shravan revealed before) and secondly he even pushed Meera so I dont think there is any chemistry what so ever, not just because he pushed but I just don't see a connection... He is just katputli of his mother Gaura and he cannot do anything without her... that's about it..
I voted No..

If they really wanted to portray Dharam as that bad then they would have done so already. Right now, I only get the feeling that he has anger issues and short temper. Similar to Meera but the only difference is Meera battles using words whereas, he uses his hands. It is important to note that he hasn't actually hit anyone yet. Not physically. Doesn't mean raising your hand at someone is not wrong but it does make a huge difference.

That is what. According to Shravan, Dharam was beating and mistreating Durga. Even towards Meera, he raises his hand for every answer she gives. That is not good.

One cannot make things happen only by beating and raising hands on someone especially the wives.

When did Shravan say that? Today's episode? I haven't watched it all yet. If I'm not wrong, he's only said he likes to hit people, didn't say Durga specifically.
And I know it's not good about raising hands but don't you see what the cvs are trying to do? It's all for turning this relationship into one where they both learn to respect each other. Meera is a spoiled brat who will begin to change soon. And Dharam has anger issues which Meera will solve. Seen many shows and this is the usual route most shows take.
Even I could say Meera 'manhandled' Dharam in today's episode when she shoved his arm. And even if she doesn't, she's as bad as him. Just because a person expresses their anger using words doesn't mean they're any better.

I was raking my brain trying to figure out when Shravan said that too.

No
I don't find any chemistry between.
Not only characters but there is big age difference between actors. Dharma is not likable personality. That entire family is weird.

I voted No because I don't find any so called chemistry between the couple. The marriage is illegal as Dharam is already married and his wife is alive. I never support second wives when the first wife is not separated. This marriage is only a marriage done with some bad intentions i.e., taking revenge on a family for the wrong reasons. Both Dharam and Meera are negative characters.

I'm not telling that Meera is any better. I'm only telling that Dharam raises his hand for very little things . However, the advantage of using words is that they can always twist but physical wound will leave some evidence.

Shravan has always said that his dad is fond of hitting people. In today's episode, Gaura was planning to kill Meera without leaving any evidence.

Btw, if Durga becomes negative towards Meera, I won't be surprised. Good or bad, she is Dharam's legally wedded wife & she should fight for her right. Practically, no wife will keep quiet in such cases.

I don't have any problems with huge age difference. I find it weird of marrying the FIL of her own sister. I would have been fine if Meera had married some other ameer budda.
