Saath Nibhana Saathiya 18th August 2015 Written Update

The Episode kicks off with Gaura tutoring Shravan to message Vidya ; after typing something, Shravan refuses to further type the message of Gaura's saying. When Gaura mentions of the modern trend and fun of sending messages back and forth late into the night ; Shravan retorts the fun is only when one sends messages on their own and of their choice.

Shravan goes out, leaving his cellphone. Gaura picks it up and missuses the cellphone by sending message to Vidya.

Ahem and Gopi are discussing their children and their future. Gopi and Ahem are more worried about Meera than Vidya. They want the best for their daughters and their happiness. Little about Vidya's adjustment with Gaura is talked over ; Gopi is confident that Shravan would keep Vidya happy and be with Vidya in every which way.

Gopi takes Ahem by hand and they go to Meera and Vidya's room ; wherein, Vidya is happily but presumably, messaging Shravan.

Later, Gopi observes Shravan, who is passing by the hall with a jug of water, without his cellphone, which she finds strange as she had presumed that Vidya was messaging to and receiving messages from Shravan.

At the breakfast table ; Gaura's target of talk and making one uneasy is Urmilaa. Urmilaa is made to feel small and uneasy by Gaura, Kokila stops this. At this point in time, doorbell rings, Shravan goes to attend the door, receives a parcel - for him.

Shravan hands over the parcel to Vidya, who opens the parcel to see a beautiful pair of rings, thanks Shravan.

Gaura starts her drama and fires Shravan ; that she had advised and told him not to do anything without her permission and say so. Then changes tracks and says that Shravan could have given costlier gift.

Gaura takes the rings and goes near Meera and asks her to keep it, further speaks in harsh terms, etc., Meera refuses to accept it. Still Gaura does not let it pass, says that Meera cannot differentiate between a real diamond and a fake one - implying that Shravan is like the diamond whom she rejected - and may select a fake / or person with lesser qualities.

Kokila and Hetal take on Gaura that it is not right to keep harping on one point and keep hurting Meera. Meanwhile Vidya says she would keep the rings as it is bought specially for her by Shravan ; for it is the thought that counts but not the money paid.

Then, Gaura suggests that Vidya go out with Shravan ; but Kokila is hesitant. Gopi is agreeable to the idea and suggestion, Gopi says Vidya and Shravan need to know each other. Kokila further seeks Baa and Hetal's view. Both Baa and Hetal endorse Gopi's view point.

Ahem want to have a talk with Shravan ; before Gaura could open her mouth, Shravan says he is ready and goes out with Ahem.

Ahem tells Shravan that both his daughters, Meera and Vidya are his heart and soul. Requests Shravan to keep Vidya happy and treat her well. Shravan says Vidya will be his responsibility, treat her well and give all the happiness and be with Vidya always. Ahem leaves.

Gaura who was behind the scenes comes out on the open. Tells Shravan that he has fallen for Vidya - has developed feelings - and then reminds him of their deal and tells him not to forget this deal of theirs.
