Today's episode picks up where it left off yesterday. Meera is sounding off against the family and Ahem for conspiring against her and Sanskar. She accuses them of not wanting to see her happiness and further taunts the Modi family for their principles. Meera tells Ahem that leaving Mumbai was not what she wanted but still came anyway and how could he make the decision to stay without thinking about her. She tells him how unhappy and lost she is, especially as Mansi had left. She is very rude to Ahem and all he can do is glare at her while Gopi makes painful faces as if she hasn't been to the loo in over a week.
Both Hetal and Paridi tell Meera off for speaking rudely to Ahem and Gopi steps forward to support Ahem. But Meera is having none of it and accuses Gopi. Meera raises her hand to hit Gopi. Ahem sees what is about to happen but does not move. It is Vidya who holds Meera by the wrist and scolds her for raising her hand against her mother. Vidya pushes Meera to the ground. Still ahem looks on but does nothing. Meera gets up and accuses Vidya of becoming just like the family and that now she has no one. She is rude again to Gopi. This time Kokila steps forward to Gopi's defence.
Kokila gets up on her imaginary chariot and dons imaginary armour 😆. She reminds Meera of how Gopi carried her for nine months and under difficult circumstances, gave birth to her in the Rajastani desert. Kokila declares that she will not allow anyone, least of all her own grand daughter to disrespect Gopi. She tells her that first it was a fight between mother, father and daughter but bow it is between grandmother and grand daughter.
Kokila continues with her rant saying how a mother's love is unique and how there are some people who yearn for such a love. But she caused Gopi's accident for which only just survived to which Meera retorts that why did Gopi survive. Gopi should have died. Vidya is the first to rebuke Meera with Ahem in close second, stepping forward to slap Meera but Kokila stops him.
She takes Meera by the hand and begins to send her out of the house. The whole family plead with Kokila to rethink what she is doing. Kokila quotes some Gujarati saying and brushes aside Gopi's protestations. She pushes Meera out of the house.
Gopi and Vidya try to change Kokila's decision but she wields the mythological sword of words and holds strong. Meera confronts Gopi and taunts her that she may have lost her father and sister but Gopi has lost more. She has lost her daughter and any dreams of re uniting her family. The whole family, womenfolk that is try to convince her before she does a complete about turn and drags Meera back into the house, closely followed by the rest of the family.
Meera is dragged upstairs and locked in her room, despite Gopi and others begging her.
Pre cap. Kokila saying that she is undertaking the discipline of Meera whenever she will be disrespectful to her parents and elders. On the other side of the door Meera declares that she won't be locked in her room, makes a phone call and smirks.
