Episode opens with Meera and Sanskar driving away in the rental car while the family sit in their car looking on. As the rental car drives away one of the twins is seen on the floor behind it. He gets up and joins the family, saying that they won't get far as he has pierced the petrol tank. They all follow the rental car.
Ahem gives idle threats as to what he will do to Sanskar. Kokila cautions him. In the rental car Meera is happy that she is getting married to Sanskar. He on the other hand is not so enthusiastic and is concerned what will happen if they are caught. Meera scoffs that the Modis won't do anything as they know a family member is involved and will not call the police. They will be too concerned about their reputation. Where has this deluded child been? So much happened in the past and she still thinks they have a good reputation.
The family are irked that the rental car is still going. Right on cue it stops. Sanskar sees that there is no petrol and has to face questions from Meera. He suggests that he should go to a petrol station and get some. Meera decides that she is hungry and compels Sanskar to buy some food from a street vendor.
Kokila disguises herself and makes up their order while the two discuss the wedding and location of the temple. For good measure Kokila accidentally on purpose throws a hot coal on Sanskar's outfit causing a fuss. Meera tells him to get another outfit, he tells her that it is fine and he'll get the petrol.
At MM Paridi asks heal to eat but she refuses. Kinjal finally arrives and goes totally ott with her acting. Weeping and lamenting, trying to prise her way back in. However, heal is having none of it and tells Kinjal so. Dhawal and Urmila arrive. Urmila and heal console each other and Urmila looks daggers at Kinjal.
Sanskar gets the petrol and they set off. Kokila, after dropping her phone, gets back to the car and they follow. Didn't one of the twins pierce the petrol tank of the rental car?
The rental car comes upon a police check point. Sanskar is nervous as Meera does not understand the implications until he explains that they will search the car and find the money that they will be arrested.
More idle threats from Ahem, I think? Or was it concern? Kokila explains that somehow they have to get Meera away from Sanskar and evokes a prayer to God to help them.
Pre cap. Meera is confronted at the Mandap. She is upset to hear that Sanskar has ditched her. Ahem gives her his phone to read the text message he was sent.
