Agree that it was Ahem's decision to leave MB. Her point is that one can be angry with him for few days or few months or perhaps even few years. However, 10 years is too much to be so upset as not to be bothered about tracking him.

As per the SBB, Jigar finds out that Ahem is in Dalhousie. Did it take 10 years for him to do that? She was upset that the Modis gave up when they did not succeed in finding Ahem.

If they really wanted to find him they would have done it a way back. Kya Gopi ke bina Jigar aur Modiyon ka dimag ki batti nahi jalti? (Can't Jigar & the Modis get the idea without Gopi?)

This is the first time she is raising her voice. As for her selfishness, it is justified. She has sacrificed enough because of which she lost Ahem & her daughters.

Had she listened to Ahem, she wouldn't have missed the opportunity to be with her unit in USA. They would have had plenty of privacy.

And Paridhi's act of not accepting Rashi cannot be justified. But yes, Gopi should not bother about Kinjal. When she dosen't want to sort out the differences with Dhawal, that is her problem.

After a lapse I returned to the show and caught some last few episodes. The episodes after the leap
and the role of Gopi (whom I had found insipid and a yes-maji bore) is so different, from the previous.

Gopi was kick-ass after the leap. Whatever lines she delivered was both befitting and needed.
She has taken full control of the situation and showed everyone that she is now, a force to reckon with. The previous Gopi also solved all the problems but timidly. Now she is formidable and I suspect will be the new Kokila Modi.

That is what Kokila wants. But Gopi should have her own identity & individuality apart from being formidable. She should not thrust her POV on Meera & Vidya like Kokila did to Ahem.

If Gopi succeeds in her mission she has to maintain this personality and not be a daan ki devi & Ahem should maintain his individuality. He should not become the same old Ahem.

Kokila asked for a DIL who will not take her son away from her. She got it but she has to respect their privacy. She should understand they are with her but not clinging onto her all the time.
