😃 😃 😃 😃 Can Anyone Kill Another Human, Bad In Nature, Bad For The Society, A Debatable Point. 😃 😃 In Our Law Books We Have Capital Punishment For Murder, Fine Points Are Not The Issue Here As How Gopi Got Ten Years Of Imprisonment Instead Of Life Or The Gallows 😃 😃

😃 😃 Is It Fine To Kill A Person Who Is Harmful To A Family Or The Society At Large ❓ ? 😃 😃 We Have Encounters From Time To Time 😃 😃 In A Way The Killings / Encounters Does Circumvent The Long Winding Legal Procedure In This Country, India, Kind Of Legal System, The Authorities Involved, At The End The Accused And The Accuser Both Die A Natural Death But Case Goes In 😃 😆

😃 😃 In Between The Offender / Accused, In The Name Of Innocent Until Proven Guilty, Romes Free, Out On Bail ; Commits More Offences, Causes More Trouble, Etc 😃 😃

😆 😆 Hence Am Having A Second Thought, Second Look At It ; The Killing Of Radha By Gopi 😃 The Scriptwriter Has Indeed Thrown A Question At Me 😕 😕 😆 😆

Law cannot be taken in one's hand. The fault of the Modi's was that they gave shelter to Radha and kept dancing to her tunes from time to time becoz of their own reasons.

They could have sent her to jail and proven her guilty when the things were not really that bad.

never did they register a complaint against her (after coming back from the asylum) which was too serious ( they did but withdrew the complaints probably) . When she whisked out of the asylum they could have sent her back, but they didnt

means she wasnt as cruel in the eyes of law.

I think Gopi got 10year term just because the law had radha's past record, yet not completely. it was fault of gopi to take law is her hand and punish radha which the law cannot pardon without punishment.

but if the police kill they have to prove that the one killed was a criminal

and that the police had no other alternative than killing ( which ofcourse even Gopi had the same reasons) 😊

But thats why there are police otherwise we wouldnt need police force at all😉
