Someone was saying that if Ahem wants privacy then he should take a new house and take his family there but he won't do it because of his beloved mom. Today's episode showed this opportunity in the form of US project. Ahem decided to reject it as Kokila cannot leave the house when Radha is around. Kokila is in a dilemma whether to send Ahem or not.😆

No, Ahem does not want to leave his mom & go. So obviously, it is a project.
